"Unit wont start. Verified voltage at terminal, starter switch operational, thermal fuse good. When testing voltage at motor, soon as I connected probe from motor to ground the unit started and has been operational since. Started and stopped cycle multiple times with no issue. Possible loose connection or motor issue. Quoted for motor. Will just do with as is for now."

"Cx complaint that the unit is giving error codes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e7 f2e2 f1e2 f0e3. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. I checked the UI connectors according to the Service pointer, connections were solid. The unit seems well at the moment, I recommend replacing the UI panel. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service fee by CC."

Complaint screen on top user interface sticker has come up no longer sticking properly warped also not washing properly. Complaint bleach spotting color clothing after running a load of whites with bleach. I found no error codes in history I performed a diagnostics cycle no issues found i found during diagnostics cycle unit smells heavily of bleach. No bleach was added I recommend customer to run a clean washer cycle and run a rinse cycle after running a load of whites and to cut back on bleach usage. No issues found today with washer.
