"Complaint while dryer was in use the very last time filled the entire house for smoke and has not been working since thick, billowing black smoke had to open all windows and evacuate the house. I could not find any electrical issues except for open heater and completely blocked. Ductwork going outside that attaches to dryer. Replaced heating element. Also found locked up rollers and frayed drive belt replaced with component kit all idlers rollers and drive belt inspected power cord no thermal issues occurring with power cord any burning issues. Customer may be experiencing. Customer should seek an electrician advising customer to fix the venting system so that dryer can heat properly and blow hot wet air outside properly. no thermal issues. "Unit under 1yr wp warranty per receipt, took photo. Gas dryer, cs says is taking over 1.5 hours to dry a load of towels. Verified unit is igniting and let run for 15+ minutes. Flow is ok at outside vent, cs says they have cleaned every two years, but is a long run.Unit operated fine throughout testing, cycling heating fine and continually.F2e1 error only history, stuck key, usually generated by holding key too long. Cleared history. Unit running properly throughout testing.Suggested possible washer had some unbalanced loads leaving clothes wetter. Does not believe it has happened, but dryer looks to be functioning properly."
