"Tested unit and found oven would error out as soon as power was applied to unit, found unit erroring F3e0 oven sensor open or shorted. Ran diagnostics and checked errors found F6e1 f2e1 f6e6 cleared all codes and tried to run a cycle but unit just errored out again. Checked oven sensor and found sensor wire had burnt causing no power to sensor, fixed sensor and secured ran a bake cycle to 350 degrees and unit is now heating and working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found fridge not cooling and no air blowing over checked freezer and found evap frosted over causing no cool, forced unit into a defrost cycle and found heater not coming in to defrost unit, melted all ice and checked for power to heater found heater only receiving 100v should be 120v, checked heater wire and found wire going into molex on cabinet broken inside causing power issue, fixed wire for now so it will work advised customer there is no fix for canoeing wire and unit would need to be replaced"

"Checked over unit and found customer having an issue with condensation building in inside edge of doors, checked gaskets and found sealing but the gaskets where pushed out on an angle found when opening both door the gaskets would hit and jam the doors together, tried to reheat gaskets and mold them back to seal but they would not go back the door liner is pushing in gasket causing it to not seal on both doors. Will order new fridge door and freezer door advised customer they will be shipped to there home and it will take some time once in we will come back and install them ; ordrng 1 LW11037738 (Fridge door stainless) and 1 W11566705 (Freezer door) and 1 W11223753 (Nameplate)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas from the LF burner. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is unplugged, gas shut off and tagged by the gas company. I turned on the gas to test for leaks. The other 3 burners work fine and there were no residual leaks once the valves turned off. The LF valve is stuck closed and the valve is not leaking. The unit needs a new manifold to resolve the issue. I called WP safety to document the issue and gave the cx a quote for the repair.Sr7737697563; ordrng 1 W11684563 (Manifold)"
