I checked the FC evap wall, it was covered in ice. I removed the evap cover and ice. I noticed the defrost heater (brown wire) was not secure. I secured the connector and thoroughly wrapped in foil tape. I tested the heater as well, its good to go. The unit is working as designed."

Found f2e1 touch panel issue. Ran diagnostics and verified all working components operating properly. Verified proper draining. All functions check ok check ok at this time. Found ice bucket and icemaker froze up ice was nothing but a big ball could not find any leaks from the flapper door gaskets or seals. "Cx complaint that the unit is making a rattling noise and there is no duct hose. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. The rattling noise is from an object stuck in the drum seal. I removed the object and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The duct hose should have been installed at installation. I suggested for them to call RAC to request the duct hose for proper use."

I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. When I put the agitator back in place I noticed it has trouble sitting correctly with the new washplate. The washplate damage has caused splitting on the agitator. The agitator needs to be replaced as well to avoid a future callback. I installed th ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the griddle is not working, LF burner is difficult to rotate and the unit is giving new error codes since the last visit. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The LF valve axle is bent. The griddle was not connected back to its original state, I secured the wires and tested the griddle its good to go. The unit is flashing f2e1 and f3e0 was stored. I installed the ordered parts, the units control is good to go. The unit needs a new LF valve and temp sensors. Im ordering the parts for the return visit.While in the van after the call the cx came out and said the griddle sparked when they turned it on. I went in and confirmed that the element connectors came loose when I removed replaced the control and sparked on the frame. I secure the griddle element wires but no heat from the griddle. I checked incoming power to the griddle, 0 across the 2 wires and 119v from each to ground. The griddle switch needs to be replaced. The ohms of the griddle is 42.3 ohm, its good. Found oil on new gearcase shaft under cam .thought oil was from previous gearcase/job but found shaft has too much play and is causing cam wheel to go too low and miss cam teeth in agitate mode.
