"Complaint of smelling gas fumes, tenant on premises didnt know much beyond that.Checked unit with electronic leak detector, all burner orifaces checked, bake and broil oriface checked. Regulator and each connection checked. Check gas line from house to unit. No gas detected.Gas line was turned off, turned on and checked everything again. No leaks detected, operated each burner, and bake and broil. All operating fine, checked for leaks after operation and found none.Preheated to 350 fine.Verified operation of detector turning on burner without igniting.With everything turned off, checked once more and no leaks detected.Normal to have a smell of gas in igniter operation and a different odor of gas burning during operation. Everything seen and smelled during testing was normal.As it was the way it was on arrival, turned gas off at completion of tests.Service call pre-collected."

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a rattling noise while it runs and not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the noise is not present, the cx has a video. The noise is from the evap fan scraping ice, most likely from the door propped open since its not occurring now. Concerning the ice production I ran multiple tests: 57,56,45 and 36. All tests passed except 45 (IM fill test). The valve engaged but no water entered the IM. The unit needs a new IM fill tube heater. "No ice since last repair, no errors for icemaker in diagnostics, ran harvest fine. Also said the other day there was a bunch of water on floor they assumed was from rf. No signs of leaking in water dispensing or in icemaker fill.Ran fill and first time did not, second time it did fill ( was checking fill tube during process. Harvest thermistor did say to warm to harvest. Icebox fan working and thermistor passes. Ice level sensor working.Measured temp in icemaker area, 45, (after working in rf for awhile) turned on max ice and temp dropping as fan kicked on. Couple of minutes was down to 24 and falling.Quoting for valve icemaker and heater. And additional labor. Saved estimate and said was good for 7 days and they will wait and see if unit starts making ice and think on it. No additional labor collected at this time.By time ready to leave water was freezing in ice tray"
