The unit turns on but 5he load does not start, it flashes the lock symbol. I managed to open the door from the inner panel. The lid lock secured the door closed every time the door is shut. I start a cycle, the lid lock engaged and started a cycle fine. However when I paused the cycle the lid lock never disengaged. The unit needs a new lid lock and lid lock housing to resolve the issue. "Installed cam belt and mtr and tested still noise the start of spin squeak out CFL and youre in sneakers. Shes going to run a couple of washes only because Im in a hot wash and one out of three it was quiet so shes going to let me know and I took a recording to write weird noise, nice ice I love it. Replaced the suspension rods and ran hot water then tested spin 1 out of 2 washes noise high pitch In spin only. Tried to remove wash plate would need to be cut out.Advised Cust to run some hot washes and let us know if persist.Took recording"

I found the electrode is longer than the other burners, the electrode being closer to the burner cap is not allowing it the ignite sooner. The unit needs a new RF electrode. Cycled unit thru diagnostics and found no fault codes, ff at 38, and freezer at 0 degrees, however I found optical reader for ice bin level not illuminated, cycled voltage off, and reset controls, optical reader back on again now, cycled ice maker and it filled with water. All other functions test normal at this time. Please allow 24-48 hours for ice production to happen again."

"Out of warranty per service bench, cs supplied receipt so in warranty.Unplugged on arrival, cs said they were getting errors for long fill. hot valve is off, cold open, opened hot valance fully. Plugged in and unit was in manual drain, no water in tub.Let run for 10+ minutes and did not stop. Display says unit is draining, to remove clothes or start a cycle. Will not start a cycle, will not go into diagnostics. Removed rear cover and disconnected pressure hose, not clogged and did not stop drain cycle.
