I found error code F8e1 no fill long fill I found after allowing washing machine to fill tub almost all the way full the cold water inlet valve dropped out I found solenoid was extremely hot to the touch when it dropped out. I found resistance value was open and as Val cool back down resistance, value went to six ohms of resistance kept getting higher. inspected waterlines are installed properly and there are no leaking occurring hot as hot cold as cold customer stated that she could never get clothing to be cold on tap cold setting prior to last visit by tech. I checked suspension rods are perfect. I checked gear case no leaking. No drive belt issues. No actuator issues. No capacitor issues.
