"Cx complaint that the unit was not making ice or cooling for a certain period of time. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine, making ice (low volume) and dispensing water fine at the moment. The compressor and evap fan is working fine. I ran multiple tests related to to the IM (56, 57, 45, 36, 15). All tests passed but test 36 fan speed is lower than normal, I ran the tests multiple times the fan speed was low each time. The cx said about 10 days ago all cooling completely went out, the food in the freezer thawed. He cycled power now the unit is working fine. The unit needs a new ice box fan and control board to resolve the intermittent cooling.
