I got as low as 320 averaging about 335 in the right oven. The oven needs new temp sensors. She called WP and got an authorization code to cover the repair. I replaced control and moisture bar sensor harness I tested the moisture bar sensor in diagnostics and it is turning off the light in diagnostics. Also ran a regular cycle unit entering. Cool down within five minutes of operation on a regular normal cycle. "Complaint, making loud, humming noise will not stop runs all the time. I found humming noise was directly correlated to condenser coil rear, right when facing the back of the refrigerator had been damaged during transit, it appears during install unsure when condenser coil to hum also causing rear back panel to hum against compressor Housing. Also found capillary tube. Word attaches to evaporator was rubbing and humming on evaporator cover. Also causing noise. I applied perm and adjusted condenser and evaporator coils. No additional issues found unit is noticeably quieter. ; used 1 212643 (SEALER-GUM) from stock"

"Checked over fridge and found items freezing in left side crisper draw items are frozen like a rock, checked temps and unit is set to 37 in fridge and 0 in freezer ran a diagnostics cycle and checked each damper and fan found dampers opening properly, checked thermistors and found reading correctly. Customer does not have ice maker hooked up and air had no where to go with ice make i think this is causing just that one side of the draw to freeze items, added some tape to left side air tunnel to stop a lot of air from blowing into that draw advised customer to give unit 24hrs so temps can regulate this should help also increased the fridge temp to 39"
