"Cx complaint that the units FC door comes open when the RC door is shut and does not close by itself. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine. The FC door comes open from the air pressure sent the FC when the RC door closes. I explained to the cx how this is normal when the RC is forcefully closed. I adjusted the gasket and leveling leg to help the door close after it opens, I also recommended closing the RC door softer to avoid the air pressure to the FC. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating to the set temp. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the calibration was set to 0. I tested the burners, all worked fine. I tested the oven, it ignited fine with no issues to the set temp of 350. When I arrived the cx had aluminum foil over the vents of the bake burner tube cover. I recommended to not block those vents for optimal baking temps. The part is with the cx. The unit is working as designed."

"Breaker was tripped, front end of unit sparked when plugged in as customer described. After power failure message on UI was when the front panel let out a spark and unit lost power. Inspected unit for faulty or cut wires, burn marks on interior and could not find any. Control and UI seem operational momentarily. Customer has 4 small toddlers at home and does not want unit repaired they say the do not feel comfortable with unit overall. Only possible cause would be bad wire harness.
