"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud rattling noise when it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, I ran manual tests for the convection and cooling fans. The cx identified a resemblance of the noise during the convection fan test. I preheated the upper oven to 400, the noise did appear around 400 degrees. It is coming from the convection fan blade. The unit needs a new convect fan blade to resolve the issue. "I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The broil function still did not work. Bake still works fine. I checked voltage from the board according to the schematics. Bake red to yellow sends 249 and heats, broil red to blue send Ov and does not heat. The blue side of broil to ground sends 125v. The red relay is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. A new control board is needed to resolve the issue. The far right switch is broken behind the panel as well. I quoted for the parts and explained to the cx. I did not collect the remaining balance, the cx wants to call the office about the unresolved issue.; ordrng 1 WP8507P23460 (Control board) and 1 WP74011489 (Infinite switch)"

"Unit had tripped gfi breaker, has worked fine since resetting and was cooking at the time. Gfi outlets, the gfi could be weak or connected to another appliance. They cleaned the condenser coils and they had been pretty clogged. Possibly drew a little more amps being clogged. Put unit in service test, thermistors passed and all functions tested fine. Raised front legs to have doors close better, but no failure found in testing."

Customers complaint is top oven not heating to proper temps and lower oven works intermittently. Ohmed out all elements and found 27.5 ohms. Tested oven sensors and found 1082 at room temp. Preheating top oven to 350 found it cycling low and calibration set at 30 up. Called tech support and documented my findings. All parts have already been replaced recommend hard wiring the oven sensors with ceramic wire nuts. Hard wires sensors was given this SR# 7738400325 from tech support if problem continues customer to call warranty company as all options have been exhausted.

"Cx complaint that the unit turns on by itself and does not compact when it does work. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is getting proper voltage. When I does run it continues to stutter and does not compact. It will stop after a few seconds of not being able to compact, a few a few minutes it will turn on by itself. I removed the top and front panel, there is nothing jammed or blocked and the switch seem to be in good condition. The unit needs a new motor, plate and switch to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair, they do not want to repair the unit. Unit was outside on driveway (see pics) I put unit into diagnostics and there were no fault codes at all I tested the unit and it agitated and spun out. The drain pump is coming on there is nothing restricting the stator motor the harness is good. I could not do a normal cycle wash to see how the unit would do because of it being outside and no water hooked up to it. "Complaint washing machine started banging so loud before customer could get to it turn it off that it almost took the whole lid off. Put giant dents in the cabinetry and lid and a tub fell on the floor. I found broken suspension rod rear right I found tub ring is damaged. I found wash basket is damaged at hub. I found dry belt squeaking no gearcase issues. Surprisingly unit will need an assortment of parts to fix. I left wash plate, removed verified tub, slides up and off easily with no issues from gearcase. cabinetry is considered cosmetic cannot order any parts for cosmetics issues. tub will be shipped directly to customer customer to call our office when parts come in after inspecting for damage. ; ordrng 1 W11217817 (Suspension rods) and 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W11172199 (Tub) and 1 W11550886 (Ring) and 1 W11239857 (Belt)"
