Complaint not drying dishwasher is crooked white insulation showing underneath. I found insulation was not properly installed I found dishwasher itself is level but countertops are not causing dishwasher to appear un level. No error codes in fault history customer has never heard of rinse agent before has never used. It didnt know it was a thing. Customer must also run hot water from sink faucet before starting a cycle or control can disable heater requiring service. Water should be temp of 120 from sink faucet before starting a cycle per technical service manual page 2

"Complaint while dryer was in use the very last time filled the entire house for smoke and has not been working since thick, billowing black smoke had to open all windows and evacuate the house. I could not find any electrical issues except for open heater and completely blocked. Ductwork going outside that attaches to dryer. Replaced heating element. Also found locked up rollers and frayed drive belt replaced with component kit all idlers rollers and drive belt inspected power cord no thermal issues occurring with power cord any burning issues. Customer may be experiencing. Customer should seek an electrician advising customer to fix the venting system so that dryer can heat properly and blow hot wet air outside properly. no thermal issues. Found with dryer today. No additional issues found no safety concerns. Found with dryer today.; used 1 279838 (ELEMENT), and 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

"Complaint washing machine when faucet button is pressed spits out a quick burst of water and then the water couple drops washing machine continuously drips water all day all night. Have to turn the faucets off behind washing machine. I found hot water valve is the one that is dripping, nonstop no debris in filter screens found unit is on city municipal water supply. I found cold water from Fossett will spray for half a second a very rapid burst of water out of valve and then no water will come out valve just hums.
