Customer started a load before I got here , she ran quick wash clothes were at normal dampness with water pulled from them, she thought it was too much, Informed her thats normal dampness. Ran another normal wash with speed on fast. Noticed spin speeds were from low to fast on all the cycles she used. Unit washed and ran and clothes were at normal dampness at end. Called techline to inform on situation, no error codes, clothes are damp but normal at end of every cycle I run in home, Aside from too much suds the one time I came. Informed customer she needs to make sure spin speed is higher if she wants more water drained from clothes at end, also informed customer if load is too big or uneven it could get off balance . Tech-Line agreed unit if following instructions unit should work as designed. sr#7737979317."

Checked float and found water in float causing unit to stop running and error out, removed water and ran unit thew a heavy wash cycle checked for leaking and could not find anything, ran unit threw another cycle and no water leaking. Water could have leaked from installing waterline or rinse aid over flowed with suds also the wash arm had gotten stuck this could have sprayed water at the door and leaked out, let unit run threw a heavy cycle and all operations are working to proper specs"
