"Tested oven and found unit erroring out f2e1 stuck or shorted key pad tried to cancel out error but it would come right back up. Removed console and checked for loose wires at J 4,5,6,7 and all wires where connected properly, unplugged each connection and reconnected to make sure reinstalled console and heated oven to 350 degrees, oven got to temp and stayed. Advised customer on console is erroring out and is causing the issue advised after resetting unit seemed to be ok if it comes back they will need to replace the console gave estimate on how much they will try unit and call back if console needs to be ordered"
