Replaced all parts ordered by a previous technician I also found one of the lines to the seal system in the back vibrating I readjusted the line took the vibration out After installing the flapper reinstalled that you are and it was throwing PO fault code I contacted Whirlpool Tech Support and spoke with Leon to see why it would have happened or if there was anything I could do to clear it out there was nothing to be done. Standard procedure unplug unit replaced flapper restore power and normally that UIs find not in this case.Please contact customer as soon as possible to have this unit repaired when part comes in she has no operation of her UI at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11577100 (UI)

Ran unit with clothes in it never got any leaking from the gear case seal the drain pump and tpressure hose was installed correctly on outer tub filled unit up to maximum capacity of water let unit agitate and spin out they were small amounts of water being slung over the top and the unit was nowhere near full of clothes at this time Im going to recommend replacing suspension rods to solve the problem.Part#W11396716; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension rods)
