"Checked over unit and found machine erroring out float switch issue causing unit to drain and beep, checked float and found water in tray removed water and ran unit thew a wash cycle found when draining unit water was leaking from drain hose connection following the legs and into the pan making the float go off, fixed drain hose so it would stop leaking ran several cycles and advised customer they also need to replace there water line hook up from copper to stainless steal the line looks old and it should be stainless with a new machine. Checked all operations and unit is now working to specs"

"Complaint making loud buzzing noise, all hours of day and night. I found evaporator fan motor was creating vibrational noise in high speed mode. Evaporator fan motor is a multi speed, stepper motor. I placed foam around screws to help aid and prevent vibrational noise which is considered normal noise drastically reduced after applying foam around motor screws. No additional issues found everything is working normally and cooling properly in Evaporator has a full frost pattern. No issues with ice production. No additional issues reported by customer."
