I found washing machine has water inlet hose house supply valve issue on Coldwater not washing machine issue. Customer needs to fix water issue to correct issue. No parts needed. "Tested dryer and found unit running but not heating checked voltage at terminal block and 240v present and 120v in each leg, removed rear cover and ohmed out fuses and heater found thermal cut off bad causing no heat. Replaced cutoff and dryer is now heating and operating to specs, advised customer on cleaning the venting this will stop heat from backing up and dry times will be better ; used 1 279816 (Cuttoff) from stock"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Complaint of noises/ banging in spin and unit not always starting. Touch panel is testing fine, starting fine. The hold to start can take awhile to get used to, but is functioning properly.An quick wash cycle and went through fill and into agitate fine. Cancelled and ran drain and spin cycle. Unit drains and spins properly with no unusual noises.No errors in history, ran self test fine with no issues. Basket is centered well, a bit forward, raised legs to level better. suspension tests good. Explained unbalance loads, that the unit will vibrate a lot and with the hanging suspension it can knock into side walls if not balanced. Showed how to pause a cycle if unbalanced and resume after adjusting. Hoses can also make knocking noise when vibrating against wall or unit."
