Customer complaint is unit isnt getting enough water. There are no fault codes present. I put 3 towels in unit and put it on normal deep water wash and let it fill it went to agitate as it should I paused unit and lifted lid and the tub was 3/4 full on deep wash. The towels were submerged under the water. Spoke with tech support and he said that everything seems to be working as designed at this time. He recommended checking pressure switch but its part of the control and its been replaced twice. I think its possible the unit may be getting overloaded Im gonna instruct the customer to reduce load amount and keep unit on deep water wash. This is also a small capacity machine. Took temp of oven after it beeped and it was about 370 degrees. I bumped desired temp up to 425 degrees and when it beeped I took temp check and it was at 385 to 390. There is no way to calibrate this oven per owners manual. Will need a new oven sensor.
