"Cx complaint that the unit was not making ice or cooling for a certain period of time. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine, making ice (low volume) and dispensing water fine at the moment. The compressor and evap fan is working fine. I ran multiple tests related to to the IM (56, 57, 45, 36, 15). All tests passed but test 36 fan speed is lower than normal, I ran the tests multiple times the fan speed was low each time. The cx said about 10 days ago all cooling completely went out, the food in the freezer thawed. He cycled power now the unit is working fine. The unit needs a new ice box fan and control board to resolve the intermittent cooling. "Checked and found that refrigerator powers on and runs for approximately 10 minutes then drops out and shows PO, power outage. Confirming outage restarts unit but just continues same pattern. Called tech line spoke to Joe. He said that when deli u/I and harness go it can damage all 12 volt circuits. He suspects it could be the dispenser control, fan motors or something else n the 12V circuit. He said because it is a COD call he could not offer a definite solution or issue an SR#. I entered diagnostics and found that when I try to test the freezer evaporator fan the power drops out. It could be the evaporator fan motor or he control.Quoted customer parts and labor for freezer evaporator fan and dispenser control. Saved estimate. Customer is going to contact Whirlpool to see if they offer anything."

Cx complaint that the units right door pops open if the left door is closed last. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The doors and gaskets are even with no visible damage. I checked the right door hinge at the top of the unit and found the hinge screw a little loose. I tightened the screw and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I also suggested to the cx that closing the left door with the mullion first can help prevent this issue as well as gasket tears in the future.
