"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I ran manual fill and drain, the water leaked during fill. I removed the valve housing and found the valve tube loose. I secured the valve tube and connector. I tested the drain and fill functions multiple times with the back of the unit visible for the cx (she witnessed the unit with no leaks). There are no more leaks. The cx is concerned about the condition of the surrounding floor, alleging the leaking water has damaged the wood floor. The unit is working as designed."
