"Replaced all parts except for tub as tub was wrong part number and damaged during shipping tub does not appear to be needed at this time. Issue was with HUB and Gearcase. Found two of the shock. Absorbers had also failed out of four. Drive belt was slipping also, causing squealing noise, as well as grooved, pulley from where belt had been slipping across the pulley, wearing a groove into it. Ram control board calibration per diagnostics technical bulletin in technical manual. No additional issues found with washing machine. "Had customers met start a clean cycle enroute. On arrival no leaking found. Took off top and no sign of leaking, tipped unit back and no signs of leaking, back of unit clear as well. No water stains found and unit running properly.Possible unit was getting too much soap as last tech so load and go on while customer was also adding soap. Excess suds on this model would come out air trap on rear of tub. All was dry and clear of any staining on arrival. Can also get some condensation from rear vent with warm moist air leaving unit.Showed cs where vent was and suggested adding cup of white vinegar or fabric softener to clean cycle if excess suds are found, was clear during test cycle today."
