"Customer complained unit not cooling. Upon arrival found freezer was 9? and refrigerator was 39? checked frost pattern in freezer and found half frost pattern. Checked pressures and found low side in vaccum , found high side was only 65psi. Unit equalized at 15 psi. Compressor was warm but not hot. Called techline, sr# 7738140065 techline said to charge with nitrogen again and call back with results. Evacuated system and charged with 140psi nitrogen. Bubble tested all brazing spots and all around evap and around compressor and filter dryer. Nitrogen only went down to 138 in after 35 mins. Called tech line back. Techline documented findings and put unit in for review, unit non repairable. Informed customer whirlpool will contact after unit has went through review. Sr# 7738140065."

Complaint unit not making ice again. Never made ice. I found Phil tube. Had frozen up Rost fill tube. Also found water had been leaking behind refrigerator. Overflow pan coming from icemaker evaporator dedicated have been filling up finecycled icemaker through diagnostics fill tube is now working properly. Icemaker is cycling fine as well. No additional issues found. if filter frees up again for any additional are occurring unit stops making ice again may need to replace main control and fill tube assembly.

I found restriction in both ends of the capillary tube one at the filter dryer. Also one at the evaporator. Also found leak coming from suction tube going into liner off of compressor repaired also found compressor was locked up replaced also replaced evaporator core pressure tested with nitrogen to 125 psi nitrogen held without leaking for 20 minutes. No additional issues found I charge the system up with refrigerant everything is working properly as of right now. Unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way across the evaporator

"Cx complaint that the units burner head flames are too high and the oven temp seems incorrect. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the flame heights needed to be adjusted for a more appropriate low setting. I adjusted the flame heights. I preheated the oven to 380 degrees, it reached the temp with no problem.
