"Complaint motor sound of water comes on intermittently throughout. The cycle heater is extremely warped. Spray arm will not spin. I found motor is locked up hums but will not turn on wash motor. iPhones unit has been leaking from the diverter seal underneath of dishwasher underneath the dishwasher is still wet I found error codes F8e2 f8e1 f6e1 and cleared error codes. Unit will need water, inlet valve, assembly motor, sump assembly and heating element to fix as of right now. No additional issues found with dishwasher at this time. No flooring damage that is visible, but flooring damage may be present as flooring is still wet under dishwasher. customer declined repair here today as it is not economical to repair."

Found freezer door switch broke off not allowing door to operate switch correctly. There is no power coming out of dispenser front to auger motor or water valve nothing is energizing when buttons are pushed they customer also states that the LED intermittently works from time to time. Customer thought the 2 might be tied together but I explained that the dispenser has been working with the switch broke and the switch for the freezer controls light and evaporator fan. Spoke with Jonathan at tech support. Found that the L1 from freezer door switch does run back thru to water valve and auger motor. This could possibly fix the issue. The venting runs up and then has one ninety degree elbow exiting side of building. I found complaint true I found reason for unit leaking was due to installers not removing disposer drain plug. I removed disposer drain plug tested operations of dishwasher. Cleared F7 E1. Error code, no additional issues found with dishwasher today. Everything is now working normally."
