"Complaint F6 E3 wash machine making Extremely loud noise when theres one minute left on the wash machine only time. I found rotor bolt had come off. I found rotor. Splines are stripped out and so is slider. Clutch spines stripped out as well. "Replaced wave guide covers, interlock, magnetron and inverter. Reassembled, tested, still blowing fuse. Attempted to call tech line from home, very weak signal and no connection. Told him I had talked to Brandon before who insisted that it was with the interlock. Updated him on everything that has been done and all parts that have been replaced. Spoke with Adam with safety team. Found the gear case had a blow out got oil on the pulleys and the belt was slipping giving a burning smell. In order to make this a good repair the following parts need to be replaced. Oil had covered everything under the washer cant get all of it off components. "Complaint other company had been out here since the end of 2020 all of 2021 and 2022 unit not cooling in freezer not making ice has not made ice since august of last year lighting keeps flashing strobing water like keeps freezing have to take a hair dryer and heat the ceiling up of refrigerator to get water out of door. I found ice maker heaters are open I found no voltage getting to defrost heater in freezer section customer will have to unplug or kill power to unit before arrival found door gasket on right side of fresh food section is shredded out found ui has leds that are not fully displaying I found all other evaporator fan motors are all working fine but the freezer fan is hitting ice. "Ice clumping up in FF IM, auger working ok and IM as well. IM was recently replaced as well as IM siliconed. We are likely dealing with leaky fill valve causing ice to form in cavity as IM bucket is stuck and customer reported it freezing and getting stuck there. "Tested oven due to oven over heating everything and found oven off and to hot about 40 degrees, ran diagnostics and found error F2e1 stuck key checked if oven had been adjusted and was set to 0 ran oven threw a reset and reprogrammed cntrl. Heated oven back up to 350 degrees and found unit still off some calibrated temps and unit is now reading perfect. Heated to 400 and temps are now spot on and working to specs"

Ran a calibration cycle and found when running unit would grind and get hung up when switching to a spin, checked clutch and found gears getting hung up and not shifting, replaced clutch assembly and recalibrated cntrl ran a wash and drain and unit is now operating to specs; used 1 W10721967 (Cam kit) from stock"

Installed new suspension and hub ran machine threw a calibration cycle and all functions went threw properly. Ran a wash and spin checked spinning and unit is now spinning out and working as designed ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10528947 HUB

Customer complaint is that washer would not start. Started washer and informed customer that start button or selector knob needs to be pressed or turned to wake up control and the press start. Washer checked ok.
