"Customer complained unit not heating. Found proper voltage to unit after pulling unit out. Inspected unit and heater good, thermostat checked good, power coming from control and heater cycling on and off at proper temperature. Visually inspected all parts in heater cycle and found no issues. Inspected power again and found plug was slightly loose and was dropping voltage due to 240 outlet for dryer not making good connection to dryer plug. Informed customer to get outlet and plug/pigtail chord replaced and issue will be fixed. Unit is working as designed when it has proper voltage. Unit must have moved chord when pulling out dryer and temporarily reconnected power before doing initial checks. Customer understood issue and was familiar with electrical issues and o showed him with my meter the voltage drop when moving the pigtail around. Verified proper operation."

"Customer complained unit not working again. Upon arrival found f7e1 and f7e 4 errors. On prior call on 7-5-23 found no error codes and control board was shorting causing motor to constantly spin. Inspected under unit and found capacitor had started leaking. Checked resistance of drain pump at drain pump, was 19.9 ohm in range, checked resistance of motor 5.6ohm and 5.5ohm on windings in range . No shorts in lines from motor to control, drain pump to control or shifter or capacitor to control, has continuity on all wires. Shifter motor at board (j6-2/j6-6 ) was 2.46ohm in range . In component activation the board is sending voltage to the motor like Im selecting it to spin or agitate even when I try to turn on the water valves or drain pumps, so unit would spin constantly if capacitor wasnt blown. Unit does same thing in normal running , just spins constantly because board is sending signal constantly even when just drain pump, or water valves should be running only. This is the same issue as last time, and was fixed with new control board (installed on 7-12-23) but went out again on 8-3-23. Techline took down all notes and said that if capacitor was leaking or shorting it could cause short to control board.. Needs capacitor and control board. "Customer complained center burners outer ring wasnt coming on, just inner ring. Found pots she was using, the magnetic metal bottoms didnt go all the way to the outside of the bots, causing the outer ring to not come on. She used a big pot she rarely used that had a magnetic metal all the way to the outside of the pot and the outer ring came on. Informed customer to reference owners Manuel for more information but she understood issue, showed her with magnet how it wouldnt stick to the metal in the outside of her pots she was using. Complaints. Microwave is not heating. Lightbulb is not working microwave. Sounds like its trying to work. I found mag had failed. Also found controls had failed as well as light bulb. Replaced all parts except for the transformer not needed. No additional issues found microwave is now heating just fine no additional issues with oven reported. No error codes and fault historys.

I cleared codes and found slider clutch had failed, I replaced. I performed a Dlms calibration cycle washer making loud clunking noises during all spin cycles. I found Gearcase has a lot of slop free play causing knocking noise. I found lots of other issues control failure clutch damaged by slide Gearcase popping washplate stuck seized. "F0e5, f0e3, f2e1, off balance load, overload, stuck key cleared history.Main complaint is unbalanced loads, cs replaced suspension and still having unbalanced loads wet at end of cycle, is draining fine.Recalibrated and ran self diagnostics test.completed test and everything passed.Cs also said audio sound is now sounding weird and once doing a drain and spin it instead did a full wash.Put unit into drain and spin at high speed, full speed spin with no issues.Fills , drains all operated fine.Agitator and stator bolts secure. Suspension still seems a little more bouncy then normal, giving more than standard one bounce when pushed down and let go. Visual inspection of underside did show oil leakage from gear case, was replaced in 2020, looks fresher and no notice of any found previously.Quoted for console and gear case, 2x labor, price over $1k customer did not want repaired. Explained if changed mind and wanted fixed would add agitator and clutch and suspension is suspect."
