"Cx complaint that the unit is not working it bake cycle and the LF knob is intermittent. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f6e1. The bake element ohms within range: 23.5 ohms. The temp sensor is within range: 1.12k ohms. The unit starts a bake cycle 244v were sent to the bake element and it reached the set temp of 350. The unit needs a new control board for the intermittent performance, Im ordering a LF switch as well to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11528354 (Control board) and 1 WP3149400 (Infinite switch)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the drain pump humming, I removed the pump and found a small object in the pump. I tested the unit and it still did not drain properly unless it tilted the unit forward. I tried to remove the basket from the tub but they are seized together. The unit will need a new basket, tub and gearcase to resolve the issue. I gave the cx a quote and collected the service call by cash. The cx denied the repair."

"Customer stated unit has had problems for months, said now its not keeping temperature along with later issue of cutting on and off by itself. Upon arrival found freezer was -2?, and refrigerator was 45?. Ran several service tests and all tests passed checks. Thermistors pass. Evap fan and air baffle working, compressor working. Icemaker has E0 meaning no error codes, ice maker passed harvest and fill tests. Unit is on dedicated line with no gfi, customer has tried using drip chord to another outlet and still has issues. First unit was cutting on and off now its effecting cooling, called techline. Techline asked several questions about power issue, sometimes light flickers and cooling is fine, sometimes they have no control of UI but unit cools. Sometimes now no issues with lights or UI but unit stops cooling. Asked about service tests ran. Informed him of all passing tests. Techline putting in for review. Sr#7737592635"

"I suspect noise is due to hose slap cannot duplicate abnormal noises customer had clothing stuck under agitator could have also caused noise clicking and popping while unit is slowing down from a spin cycle is normal noise drain hose smacking aginst wall is a normal noise as well I called whirlpool while washing a normal load of towels and bedding all noises heard by manufacturer are normal 7738020414 file number. I replaced cam and actuator as a precaution unit still made the same noise as before popping between agitation, going into spin and also spin when slowing down normal noise cannot do anything about also called manufacturer manufacturer stated the same. if we come back for the exact same popping noise, must charge customer 129 diagnostics fee. If no issues are found now. ; used 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT), and 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

Complaint washing machine jumping will not balance properly even empty. I found suspension rods have failed and ordering new suspension rod kit. No additional issues found with washing machine. Surprisingly no error codes in fault history. Unit is sitting next to a hot water tank and keeps banging into it.
