The cycle completed but no heat was produced. I pulled the unit out and checked the element ohms reading, it read OL. "Unit had been noise, cs believed it was from back and not cooling, then noise stopped and cooling again prior to arrival, kept appt to check unit out. Machine compartment fine, fan / compressor operating as normal. Did find rf door flap not engaging, leaving rf not sealed. Doors had adjustments on bottom posts, raised doors and engaged flap, properly sealing doors. Left gasket slightly torn but sealing fine at this time. Best guess unit wasnt sealing and frosted up freezer evap and that was sound heard,managed to clear in defrost and returned to operation, door flap was likely intermittently engaging."
