"Removed old sensor and getting 1.084 K ohms at room temperature, which is a normal reading for room temp. Replaced sensor. Control for this unit is nla.Calibration was at 35. Set to 0 and preheated to 350.Cycling temps: at end of preheat it was309- 291, next cycle 357 - 326, 372 - 333, 372 - 333.Took awhile to get there, but then cycles were consistent and averaged where they should be. Fans come on in convection, not in regular bake, which is correct per logic diagram on tech sheet.Explained to cs that it looks to be keeping temp fine once giving longer to heat, about and extra 30 minutes. Explained we could refund repair, except for service call, but she wanted new part left in. Told her to talk to office if unsatisfied as basic diagnostics would be to replace control, which is nla and it does seem to be keeping temp properly when it gets there."

"Customer come of leak. Fond a little water near front left . Took out everything from freezer and ran icemaker. Icemaker filled with no leaks. Pulled off evap cover and drain line isnt clogged. Pulled unit out and found signed of unit or something leaking for a long time. Customer said he had had a leak there before. Found drain line dripping into drain pan and drain pan had water in it and it wasnt leaking, couldnt find leak. Possible ice falling and melting. Verified proper operation."
