The unit filled and started washing with no issues. However the water did not drain at all. I removed the hose from the disposal, nothing came out. The unit needs a new drain pump and drain hose to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and I collected the service call fee by CC. Cx does not want to repair the unit."

Found center burner not the correct part installed and has a small size cap installed which compromised the flame. Will order correct part. Complaint that the unit is tripping the breaker. Found that the stove outlet is in the same line as the refrigerator pulling higher current then what the breaker can handle. Refrigerator 7.10amps and Range 15amps = 22.1amps in total on a 20amp breaker. Customer mentioned that the electrician said that this wouldnt be a problem. "Unit was making grinding noise again, then stopped. On arrival found the fan not spinning/clogged, could not remover evap cover because of ice. Continued attempts did free fan blade enough to grind again, but source of issue is a clogged evap/fan assy.Cs has had failure repeatedly and repaired numerous times, but has been running for over a year since last repair. I explained to cs that we would start with the evap cover again as that is the fix from Samsung for this issue. Drain has been done, evap cover several times and main control. Explained many unit work flawlessly, a small number have this issue and repair fixes it and some of those repaired, keep having issue.Quoted for evap cover/labor, offered to steam clear evap for just labor, but said my confidence of the longevity of a repair with this units history is questionable. cs denied repair.Collected for service call."

The clutch and motor wheel are splintering because of the belt. The gearcase shaft has dropped causing these issues. The unit needs a new gear case, motor, clutch and belt to resolve the issue.
