Cx complaint that the unit is not starting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit does not tumble at all. However when the knob is in an on position the heat element activates and the drum does not tumble. I removed the rear panel and found 121v only on one side of the element terminal and only half of the element is lit. I removed the element and found a part of the element was grounded to the frame causing the element to partially heat and blow the thermal fuse. Unable to properly diagnose at this time. Breaker is tripped and cannot be reset. Customer says that since issue began she is able to get midway through cooking usually before the breaker trips. This indicates high amp draw or faulty breaker. Not arcing. Visually inspected all high voltage connections and wiring. No signs of arcing anywhere. All connections are seated properly and secured.
