"Cx complaint that the unit is still emitting a gaseous smell. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. There is no gas being detected from the burner heads or any connections under the unit. The smell is coming from the drawer directly under the unit. I turned 3 burners on to detect the gas then turned them off, no gas was detected in the vicinity of those burners. However, when I put the head of my gas detector directly on the orifice of the burner just turned off I still detected gas. I called techline to document this situation. They said gas remnants detected from a line just turned off is normal. The gas is only detected when I placed the gas detector directly on the orifice head. No gas was detected from the lines that were not turned on during my visit, only from the lines turned on then shut off.Sr 7737856018"

"Complaint, Mike microwave light not turning off open closed door issue, uneven cooking when heating a bowl of rice will have lots of hot and cold spots when heating up dried pastry bread will fluff on one side and burn on the other side. Uneven heating is normal in this microwave, the microwave is a 900 W microwave. There are no fault codes in history unit is heating as design uneven heating is due to the fact that foods that contain higher amounts of water tend to absorb microwave energy with a higher efficiency, while foods with lower water content absorb heat more slowly, causing uneven heating.
