"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.F8e1, f0e2. Long fill and over suds errors, cleared history. Ran service test and each fill valve looks to be running fine. Ran quick wash cycle and went through fill cycle fine, filled agitated, drain and spin out fine. there was an excess of suds in unit in unit.Cs says unit has been running endlessly while showing only a few minutes remaining.Explained timer is just an approximation. If unit is out of balance it may make numerous attempts, or if sensing water in tub, or suds make it thinks there is it will affect timing. Same as when running empty it decided it was done when timer was at three minutes, normal operation. Ran a few times to help remove suds and left running a clean cycle, without any affresh. Cs does have some affresh to use and does clean unit. Unit has auto detergent dispensing and is using he liquid soap. Also uses spray stain fighters. Suggested cleaning if sees suds still in unit."

Replaced the spark module board and I preheated the oven to 350 degrees and the ignitor and burner stayed on till pre heated to selected temperature. Then I bumped the setting up to 370 and the oven turned on and pre heated to desired temperature. "Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently while it spins. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e5 f0e2. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed but it did shake a lot while it spun. I removed the lid to watch it during spin, the basket wobbles a lot from side to side. I shook the basket from side to side, I tried to remove the agitator to check the drive hub. The agitator is seized to the gearcase shaft. The suspension seem fine. The unit needs a new agitator and drive hub to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call fee by CC. The cx does not want to fix the unit at the moment."

"Customer complained unit stopped cooling. Upon arrival found compressor not coming on, ran serve test 40 on step 3 compressor not getting power from Orion board all fans working . Power to Orion board and refrigerator has proper power. Called techline. Sr#7738237831 techline said unit probably has leak. If unit is leaking it will blow thermal fuse. Found unit was low on Freon. Charged system with 140psi. Found dropped to 137 after 30 mins. Bubble checked all braze points, no leaks detected. Checked evaps no leaks detected. Though bubble test found leak near cap tube entering frame but couldnt get picture in time and cant get to repeat. Unit must have leak opened up in frame. Called tech line back. Tech line putting in for review. Informed customer of unit being deemed non repairable, someone will reach out to them in 3-5 days."
