"Cx complaint that the units door are misaligned. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit works fine, oven and burners. The discrepancies in the door alignment can barely be noticed. The cx sees the area where the top of the lower door and bottom of the upper door meet is uneven. I explained that way he doors pivot at the hinges will not allow them to be perfectly even with the depth of the gasket. The cx is not satisfied with the answer. The unit functions are fine and the unit is working as designed."

"Led lights out, deli drawer out, not cooling either section, compressor/fans not running. Diverter constantly clicking.Ran test 4, compressor never came on. Wont come on in test 5 either. Buzzing on power board, led board, no visible damage to any of the boards. When first unplugged / plugged would start as normal, normal Home position diverted sounds, compressor would come on for a second then go off and just making a clicking at diverter. Attempted multiple times disconnecting reconnecting connectors, tapping on relays, then one time it restarted and unit running, compressor/fans running and deli drawer control on. Buzzing on boards stopped. Lights are all still off. With the abnormal buzzing at power and led board would replace them before any individual lights.Redid all connections on led board and now lights are on as well. Keeping quote for power board, but as of now everything is back up and running."

"Complaint, microwave, burning smell occurring every time it is will not heat or work more than a minute then unit will start working fine again after it has cooled down. I found burning smell is due to magnetron overheating due to fan being unplugged. I plugged in fan secured connector and made sure no additional issues are occurring. I found it was taking over three minutes to heat water one cup eight fluid ounces of water to 189?. I found magnetron magnets had come detached from magnetron. I replaced Maggotron unit now is boiling water in one minute 189? in a minute. Advised customer if they want drain pump replaced they would need to find model/serial. Also advised customer we would not be able to clear the drain system that runs thru the cabinets."
