"Cx complaint that the unit is shaking violently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx has a video of the issue. She had a load running when I arrived, I stopped the load and checked for error codes. I found no error codes. I ran a calibration cycle and manual spin and agitate. Both passed with no issues, the suspension is good. I put the clothes from the cycle that was running in the tub and ran a manual spin, it did not shake violently. However I noticed the height of the unit was at its lowest, I pushed the tub down and it easily hit the ground. Meaning it does not take much for a heavy load to hit the ground. Load are at its heaviest when they are wet before the spin cycle. The shield underneath has marks showing friction with something, all parts behind the shield are in good condition. The unit was probably bouncing off the ground when heavy loads started spin cycles. I elevate the unit adjusting the leveling feet to prevent the unit from hitting the ground. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Is cross threaded and stripped out. J fitting is the cause of the leak every time a customer uses the sink or the dishwasher. Drains water leaks from J fitting as fitting. White pipe customer will need a plumber to come out and assess and fix. no issues. Found with dishwasher today. No leaking from the dishwasher. Found either new washer, ability or performance issues.
