Complaint leaking gas gas company turned off gas to appliance stating leaking from appliance regulator. I turned gas on tested all operations inspected for leaks using nu calgon big blue micro leak detector. Checked amp draws Lower oven ignitor 3.48 amp draw. upper oven bake 3.34 amp. broil upper oven 3.75 amp draw all in spec. Found no leaks have been here for 45 mins still have smelled no leaks either everything is combusting properly oven has grease odor while preheating. Customers store frying oil in lower oven upon arrival. Safety File number 7738632219. Unit working as designed.

"Cs had turned unit off to let defrost prior to arrival so off and completely thawed on arrival. Said unit had frosted over again after last repair in which the control was replaced, called the n water Nader 30 days. Measured 37 ohms on heater, 2.1k on thermistor. Will not turn on again, no response holding temp setting button ( supposed to turn off/on holding for 3s. Disconnected harness, reattached and came on properly. Compressor/ fans operating and evap getting cold. 1.5k & 3k ohm resistance on thermistors at board (1.5 evap, 3 for fr temp sensor.Per wiring diagram control only part in charge of defrost and evap thermistor and heating element ohm out fine. Will order control again as still under 30 since replaced with no additional charge. If issues continue possible issue with thermistors being off but not out of range.No applicable service pointers found. Office to contact when parts come in to schedule return.; ordrng 1 W11382528 (Control)"

"Ran service diagnostic no error codes . Checked valve and both valves working with no sediment, checked pressure hose. Verified no holes in hose. Ran quick wash and unit filled and started washing . "Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit starts but it does not heat at all. I removed the unit and found the magnetron has a good ohms reading. I found the the transformer connector to the capacitor has separated. The capacitor reads OL as well, Im ordering a new transformer, capacitor and control board to resolve the issue. Cosmetic scratch not a breakage going through to under side of glass thermal breakages are coved issue per manufacturer is cosmetic in nature after submitting images. 7738653233. Customer declining repair of glass is going to contact manufacture and see if they are willing to replace glass. Heat fracture only cable repair. Looks like a bug glass. Breakage does not go all the way through the surface. Scratch only that is deep tapering to light.

Found a sock stuck in suspension rods also found soap pod in the belt housing. Put unit into cold wash mode and never got a squeaking sound. "Complaint washer leaking from front left corner of washer. I found a sock stuck clogging fabric softener cup over fill on tub ring causing water to leak and damage customer flooring. I cleared sock I tested operations I also found water leaking at hose clamp softener dispenser to fill valve attachment. Allowing for water to drip onto flooring as well. I secured spring clamp properly no further leaks found or occurring at this time. I performed a quick wash cycle with fabric softener, turned on no leaking occurring no additional issues found at this time."
