Cx complaint that the unit is clicking when it is not being used. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the burners and ignitors are working fine. According to the cx explanation the switch harness gets stuck occasionally. The switch harness would need to be replaced to avoid future occurrence. I quoted the cx for the repair.

Advised customer unit is venting as designed showed customer inside if unit and the air blows from left side to the back this is how unit was designed and there no fix for it. Customer is unhappy and wants unit replaced due to moisture advised they would need to call customer service and they can help the unit is operating normally and nothing can be done to fix issue its designed this way"

Upon arrival I found animal urine at the front right corner of machine running all the way down to the back door. I wiped up with paper towels (see pics) I ran unit thru a cycle. There are NO LEAKS on this unit. The problem is a pet using the bathroom at laundry doors. "I found a clogged drain tube on the back of the refrigerator that was causing unit to leak out of fresh food, pantry drawers Freezer drawer, door, causing icicles to form inside of freezer section and icicles to form on door gasket. I cleaned and cleared drain tube of all debris tested operations ran a cup of water down drain tube blue steam up drain tubes both freezer and fresh food zone broke up icing, removed all moisture and condensation from areas."

"Unit under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. No errors in history. Complaint of leak under unit. Some water under unit and a mat in front that is soaked on arrival. some water stains coming from hot water supply. No leaks during diagnostic test. Ran normal cycle, deep water, filled and went into agitation without any leaks , tightened water hoses at valve, but no leaks before/after. Did find a slice into cold water supply hose, but not leaking from it in testing.Cancelled and drained fine with no backup in standing drain pipe.Again checked underside of unit and no signs of leaking, no additional water other then what was there on arrival. Ran diagnostic test one more time and no leaks.Possible drain had been backed up and now is clear, that supply hose was loose but has tightened, but cannot duplicate and leaking from unit. Did suggest replaced fill hoses since some damage was seen on cold.There is a water heater in closet and water is by it as well near back wall.Leak could be from the water heater.Cs also complained of damaged clothes stains, but Washplate is smooth, no abnormal gaps. Unit testing properly. Explained finding to customer and to Anthony."

"Complaint washing machine has no power to main control. No lights is making a noise coming from underneath. I found error codes F7e6 f8e1 f2e1 I found control was in stealth. Diagnostics drain pump running control in operable weighted 10 minutes for control to reset itself control has reset itself. No additional issues found no leaking capacitors performed a cycle on the washing machine. All functions are working properly I did notice a hose was pinched behind washing machine, causing cold water to be extremely slow at filling. More than likely the cause. Of customers complaint."

"Unable to remove rotor torx screw. Last visit I did check the rotor and it came off properly at that time. That is why I did not order those additional parts at the time.
