Tested in bulky, with more water setting and then ran rinse and spin, control monkeyed den, draining fine be. Drain trap is clear. Was a decent amount of suds in test cycle and has a drain about 6 feet up wall. Wouldnt fail in testing, tried multiple cycles. Possible suds build up and significant back flow from longer hose length. Cs does say when he empties water it is a lot of soap.Will look into raising unit or possibly adding sink."

Removed wash arms and checked diverter found diverter top cap not moving causing wash arms to sit and just spray in one place, fixed diverter to move and move freely ran another cycle and unit is now moving the ash arms and washing normally. Leveled unit and secured in place to stop from moving adjusted legs to stop from pushing on top of machine bowing out cabinet this could make unit not seal and also leak. Advised customer to run a cycle and see how it is if any issue plz call back"

"Tested unit and found fridge had stopped working and had stopped cooling then unit started to operate again after customer reset breaker, checked cooling and compressor and found high side line freezing up an compressor super hot to touch customer had heard unit bubbling this was due to compressor hot warming up Freon, compressor only drawing .3 amps unit needs to be replaced will order new compressor kit. Checked other operation and found left door sticking out more then right found gasket ripped and compressed will order new gasket. Ran a calibration cycle and a factory cycle unit went threw properly, ran machine thew a wash cycle and found when running drain pump came on and would never shut off until unplugged, checked cntrl and found drain pump relay sticking causing unit to error out and drain nonstop. F8e6 f2e1 f6e2 I found gearcase leaking oil bearing has completely failed on gearcase making loud grinding noise when tub is spinning as well. Unit will need gator case and all associated parts plus water inlet valve to fix unit also has an F6 two error code lost communications between user interface and main control. May also need a control board as well as user interface. customer declined repair today is going to replace washing machine.

"Complaint refrigerator making a lot of loud noise not making ice when it does. Make ice ice is extremely slushy. Top section is not cooling at all. Everything in the top refrigerator section is defrosting temperature in top section is 58? to 64?. I found noises are due to evaporator fan motor that failed also secondary noises due to damper motor clattering, also found icemaker. Has E2 error code in history evaporator has a full frost pattern developing all the way across it.
