The cx said she got the unit earlier this month and showed a receipt dated 8/12/23 from Home Depot (In warranty). I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit has no error codes in service mode, but it did not start a service cycle. I tried to start multiple normal cycles as well, they did not work either. The UI lights correctly correspond with specific commands, but no action is being carried out. The unit needs a new control board, and UI console just in case, to resolve the issue.
