"Unit worked for 4 days and then stopped. Checked evap with black light, no sign of leak. Checked compressor and shows leak at drier, which happened during repair. Used nitrogen and leak detector, another slow leak at drier. Re did joint, pressurized with nitrogen and no bubbles. Pulled into vacuum and held for over 5 minutes. Charged with 4.25oz r134a. Let unit run for 5+ minutes and tested joint again with detector and no bubbles. Return line hot, freezer getting cold. Cs to monitor."

The components passed but I did notice water rising on the front of the tub when I removed the panel. The lower spray arm is separating cause abnormal water flow during cycles. The valve leaks unconditionally when water to supplied to the unit. The spray arms and a water valve need to be replaced to resolve the issue. I found issue with a broken harness. I was able to put machine completely back together with no issues. Nothing missing latch works fine. Control works fine. Spaced harness, connecting to drain pump back together was able to test all operations of the washing machine. Customer complained of no power. Found neutral line has low voltage (4.5v) coming through it to ground. L1 and r1 have 110v but when plugging in power doesnt regulate due to issue with neutral. It is an older house so issue is with neutral. Had this same issue on 7-2023. Called techline then after replacing control board and harness and determined issue is with the electrical in The home. This is a new tenant and wasnt the last tenant that was here in 7-2023. Informed tenant to call landlord to get electrician to come fix issue. If called back for same issue they will have to pay due to issue not being covered under warranty.

Replaced parts ordered customer said unit was not working in rinse cycle I put unit into service mode and found no fault codes. I put the unit into rinse/spin cycle and let it go water came in as it should the tub basket is partially turning as it should. I had the water level set at deep water wash when the unit began to agitate there was a hesitation before it began to agitate and when it did it was very slow I pulled cam back down and found gear case fluid running down shaft. This may have been present the 1st time I didnt see it and found the cam and wash plate splines completely wore down allowing the grinding noise.
