I found humming noise was directly correlated to condenser coil rear, right when facing the back of the refrigerator had been damaged during transit, it appears during install unsure when condenser coil to hum also causing rear back panel to hum against compressor Housing. "Checked over fridge and found items freezing in left side crisper draw items are frozen like a rock, checked temps and unit is set to 37 in fridge and 0 in freezer ran a diagnostics cycle and checked each damper and fan found dampers opening properly, checked thermistors and found reading correctly. Customer does not have ice maker hooked up and air had no where to go with ice make i think this is causing just that one side of the draw to freeze items, added some tape to left side air tunnel to stop a lot of air from blowing into that draw advised customer to give unit 24hrs so temps can regulate this should help also increased the fridge temp to 39"

Started washer in normal cycle with water temp set to warm to ensure both valves active, allowed to fill and agitate for several minutes, no leaks from washer. Cancelled cycle, washer began to drain, found water rising in standpipe in wall. Unplugged washer before it overflowed. Had customer watch as machine drained. Continued to unplug and plug in washer not allowing pipe to overflow until machine was fully drained. Advised customer that she would need to have a plumber clean drain so that it flows properly."

Complaint user interface keeps freezing power buttons wont work no button works have to reboot by turning power off at breaker to get unit to work then it will work fine for a few days then it will do it again. I found user interface is glitching. Freezing touchscreen is completely unresponsive and locking up. No error codes and fault history at this time. Unit is non-Wi-Fi compatible but has Wi-Fi chip on user interface. More than likely a software bug occurring randomly. Vent motor, heater open errors in history.Found disconnected wire to heater, looks to have been pulled out in installation, contact bent over as if yanked. Able to straighten and reconnect.To access Cs pulled unit out as was installed in location that could not be pulled without wedged between counter and wall and was going to scrape.Cs also got unit back in.Ran normal cycle and diagnostic cycle with no leaks found."

Also adjusted drawer height so drawers are more even. If continues issues would need to replaced the center slider assembly W11294548, which was not ordered ( looks like left drawer left slider and right drawer right slider was what was ordered).
