"Cx complaint the that oven has intermittent re lighting for the bake and broil functions. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The cx said it has happen with bake and broil since the last visit. The pans are no longer in the bottom drawer to potentially interfere. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, it reached the set temp with no issues. I let the temp settle and waited for it to re light. The unit re lit for the bake and broil function. I recommend the replacement of both igniters and the spark module to resolve their intermittent issues. I gave the cx a quote. They will consider and call us back if they want to repair the unit."
