"Cx complaint that the 2 right elements do not work. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the 2 right element connector housings have thermal damage. The unit needs new elements and element connectors. I installed the pre id parts, the elements are still not heating. I checked the switches, both have thermal damage and are not sending correct voltage. The unit needs 2 new switches on the right side to resolve the issue. Cx complaint that items are freezing on the back of shelves in the RC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the damper (test 9) worked fine when I tested it multiple times. I removed the damper assembly and found ice built up on the lower part of the damper assembly. Cold air is escaping on the behind side of the damper even when the door is closed. I applied permagum around the border of the damper door seal to provide a better seal. I test d the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.
