Raised right leg to square door.Insulation would not stay in place so removed, doesnt affect operation.Cs had me try another cycle and this time leaked from the right, opened door to inspect and when closed next leaked from the left, removed door and unit surging and leaking from left and center, raised both legs fully and same. Do not see anything damage on bottom door gasket can order.Did try without lower rack and didnt leak, put back in moving silverware to door and removing one big bowl. Found damage to frame was just white stickers covering screw holes on left side of door, was as designed, door was slightly bowed out so ordering new door inner and outer. Found back left wheel was making slight noise so replaced back left drum wheel from truck stock , noise stopped. Customer said unit was shaking , but unit was barely moving from units drum spinnng, part of normal design, customer repeatedly said that he wants a new unit that something is wrong with this and hes calling to get it replaced. Informed him all I can do is order the parts needed and fix the issues. Ordering inner outer door, drum seal and drum handle and glue for drum seal. Explained to her that cosmetics, which crack in cover is considers, are only covered for first 30 days. "Customer stated unit has had problems for months, said now its not keeping temperature along with later issue of cutting on and off by itself. Upon arrival found freezer was -2?, and refrigerator was 45?. Ran several service tests and all tests passed checks. Thermistors pass. Evap fan and air baffle working, compressor working. Icemaker has E0 meaning no error codes, ice maker passed harvest and fill tests. Unit is on dedicated line with no gfi, customer has tried using drip chord to another outlet and still has issues. First unit was cutting on and off now its effecting cooling, called techline. Techline asked several questions about power issue, sometimes light flickers and cooling is fine, sometimes they have no control of UI but unit cools. Sometimes now no issues with lights or UI but unit stops cooling. Asked about service tests ran. Informed him of all passing tests. Techline putting in for review. Sr#7737592635"

Complaint that the unit is not completing any cycle. Found error code LF and F6E1. Cleats out error codes and ran diagnostic cycle and unit tested properly with no issues. Ran a quick cycle twice to verify if it would stop the cycle right after the wash cycle and all ran normal. Mentioned to the customer to run the unit a few times with a small to medium load and if problem arises to call office again and to have the control board replacement. Customer will need to bring down the dryer or let the office know if we can bring in a second tech.
