Complaint burning smell causing fire alarms to go off in home black smoke coming from dryer area. I found root cause of smoke is from a thermal event that occured at power receptacle home power supply and power cord welding power cord to outlet receptacle. I inspected entire dryer by means of disassembly no faults or electrical issues found whatsoever with dryer resistance values of element is 9.8 ohm oL to frame all fuses are .2 ohms no motor winding issues found either nor timer issues.
