"Complaints use your interface will not turn on randomly turns itself off in no matter what we do unplug it doesnt matter user interface will never turn back on then come back in a couple days try and use it and it works midway through the cycle, then cut itself off again. I found control board mocks connector where attaches to use your interface is loose. I found that the drum gasket is also loose. Has fallen off drum completely causing issues with the drum to grind on bulkhead. "Complaint oven user interface is not functional customer went to press the cancel button, and as she touched the cancel button, the whole thing shut down. I found loose wiring at junction box behind oven thermal event that occurred in junction box. No additional issues was able to wiggle the wire and get everything to work properly, no error codes and fault history upon booting up unit did get warm and test cycle all elements. customer needs electrician cannot service junction box. Customer declined any and all repairs. None needed anyways."

Complaint door pops open during dry cycle usually within the first five minutes of cycle. I found hinges were bent. I adjusted hinges doors now staying closed properly doors now angled at that 10? incline like it should be instead of below 90. No additional issues found no error codes and diagnostic history. Incoming voltage is 123 across black-and-white 123 V across red and white 247 V across red and black Dryer is heating just fine as of right now.

Complaint timer is extremely soft washing machine keeps filling all the time during the middle of a cycle of the same time. The agitator is spinning. Has no resistance when spinning it by hand. customer said she tried to spin timer during the middle of a cycle. when issue occurred.time appears to be functional on normal wash as of now during testing.

"Checked over unit and found machine would heat up and start to smell, ran upper oven to 350 degrees and noticed unit giving off a smell of burnt food. Checked oven elements and found something spilled on elements causing it to burn and smell, checked over wires and vents and found vent had been giving off a Smell cleaned vent and advised customer on how clean cycle operates. Also found some mice had been in back of stove advised customer on issue with mice. Ive replaced ui and main control together still nothing. Tried putting original control back on still nothing ui has been replaced 3 times control replaced 2 times. File number 7738555814 went through tested all resistance values at main control with factory everything coming back as perfect. "Complaint when running a hot wash, never feel any hot water Come out cold to the touch. That is normal as the final rinse will use cold water during the final rats. I tested cycles one through three test one and test two are both cold water, inlet valves and test three is the hot water inlet valve hot water is flowing through inlet valve with no issues. I found drain is backing up severely bad Pouring water onto flooring test for when drain pump comes on after only filling the tub less than a quarter of the way full of water. Advising customer to get drain issue rectified. Found lid latch is failing in Door latch, lid latch assembly to fix. No additional issues found with washing machine at this time. F5 e2 only error code in history ; ordrng 1 W11565030 (Latch)"

"Cx complaint that the units oven is not working at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cooktop works fine. The bake and broil functions try to ignite but theres no flame. I checked the ignitor harness, both are in good condition and secure. I checked the regulator harness, they are good as well. I checked voltage at the control and dis board. The bake and broil connectors receive 123v from the control (j- 6&7). However the dis board is not sending the voltage to the regulator for either function (j 1&3). The unit needs a new dis board to resolve the issue. Im ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 WPW10511278 (Spark module)"

I found inlet thermometer has failed on water valve. I replaced water inlet valve assembly. I tested operations no additional issues found today. Everything is now working properly. As of right now I inspected slider clutch gearcase and rotor.
