"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Not heating. Found incorrect voltage at terminal and at outlet 120vac @L1 to ground and L2 to ground but nothing from L1 to L2 and Nate as of 240. Cycle at breaker and then read 240 vac , but switches back to nothing when dryer starts. Breaker does not flip and still has the 120. Looks to be a bad breaker. Advised cs to have breaker checked / replaced and tested f still has issue to call whirlpools l so we could take a look, but with incorrect voltage that needs to be corrected first."

Advised customer that unit should be level or tipped very slightly to back. Dishwasher is very tight in cabinet. Customer is going to call installer to have corrected. "Tested unit and found rear burners not heating up properly found when on they would cycle on and of every second causing poor heating they would only stay on when on high. Found infinite switches making noise when heating, one wiggled switches it would start to operate then stop, infinite switches are faulty. Heated oven due to not getting to correct temp and found when setting to 350 degrees unit was off about 25 degrees. Ran a calibration and adjusted temps heated oven back up and unit is now within a few degrees from set temps. Advised customer infinite switches are no longer available for unit along with a lot of other parts if any other issues I would replace oven with new due to no parts available."

Same when tested with new actuator/capacitor ( originals put back in). Motor windings 5.1, 5.1, 9.6. On agitate getting 120vac to motor, on spin getting 10vac to motor and not turning, other attempts when not measuring some times would turn slightly, sometimes would not. "Called locations office and pressed 2 for vender, spoke with someone in office and was told that they would send maintenance to escort me in, waited for a while. Had office call but was unable to communicate with some one. Left card on door. Was about to close ticket but then someone from locations office tried to hand me the key, I informed her that Im not entering unit without maintenance. Maintenance finally let me in. Unit turns on and motor runs but no heat, on further inspection found that there was 1v across L1-L2. L1-N 120v. L2-N 120 v. maintenance stated that they had to update all breakers and outlet in these buildings. Improper ground or Neutral in wall or breaker."
