"Tested unit and found dishwasher would just beep and drain never starting a cycle. Ran a diagnostics and found errors 8-4 overfill float switch open 9-2 drain motor electrical problem let unit run threw a self test cycle and checked float switch, found water in float causing the error and unit to shut off and drain. Removed water from float and let unit run checked for leaking and everything is dry, ran unit on a heavy cycle and noticed unit tipped forward and a lot of suds in tub this could have caused the overflow into float to shut unit down, leveled unit and let it run several times could not see any leaking. Canceled unit out drain pump got weak and would not pump strong, ran a few more drain cycle and drain pump is starting to fail causing unit to not drain fully and when filling over filing and some water would drip into pan unit will need new pump will order ; ordrng 1 W11462456 (Drain pump)"

"Two point washing machine will not progress past wash cycle. I found error code F8e1 no fill long fill I found after allowing washing machine to fill tub almost all the way full the cold water inlet valve dropped out I found solenoid was extremely hot to the touch when it dropped out. I found resistance value was open and as Val cool back down resistance, value went to six ohms of resistance kept getting higher. inspected waterlines are installed properly and there are no leaking occurring hot as hot cold as cold customer stated that she could never get clothing to be cold on tap cold setting prior to last visit by tech. I checked suspension rods are perfect. I checked gear case no leaking. No drive belt issues. No actuator issues. No capacitor issues.
