"The unit was tapped to hot water side underneath sink.Checked unit for fault codes upon arrival, Put unit into service test mode and let unit check all components it went thru service test without throwing any fault codes. I checked to make sure the wires were in the heater terminals good and tight I ohmed out the heater it was good. What I did find is the customer was not using jet dry also not running tap before starting dishwasher and finally I had only 101.1 to 103.2 degrees coming thru tap at hottest point. At this time Im going to use the customers one time customer education to complete this call(NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME)"

Ran unit and tested. Loud noise from motor at start up. Cust states that unit will run but stop and has burn smell. Issues seems to be related to noise at motor. Removed old motor and replaced with new. Tested unit

Found burners working properly they are fluctuating. I explained to customer the burners will turn on and off radiant burners operate that way. She is trying to cook on the glass top with a flat pan on Round burner and the pan is extremely warped. Half of it doesnt even sit on the burner. Im calling whirlpool to document customer complaint. Complaint door seals came out of gasket. I reformed gasket with hairdryer resealed gasket tested operations no additional issues found everything is working properly as of now no cooling issues either. ; used 1 WP482338 (FOOD GRADE ADHESIVE) from stock

Complaint unit is not dispensing water out of door. We Do not use ice. I found chiller tank was frozen over a defrosted chiller tank advise customer not to place units directly in front of temperature sensor or vents or allow anything to touch the back wall of the refrigerator section. I just the temperature to 40?F in fresh food compartment no additional issues found at this time. Advised customer to dump ice bin every week.

Complaint water leaking into bin below icemaker water leaking consistently out of left side of icemaker I found icemaker tray is overflowing with water. Unit will need icemaker unit will need main control and water valve assembly to fix overflow issue. No door issues found at this time. Advising customer to turn off water to refrigerator advising customer to turn off icemaker as well until we can return so no damage to hardwood floor can occur. Unit must be moved prior to arrival so we can access the back of the refrigerator as we are not liable for hardware floor damage due to moving refrigerator.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (Valve) and 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 W10843055 (Control)

Complaint unit not making ice is dispensing water fine though. I found ice maker has an e2 error lost position I found ice maker had to be pushed to start spinning in test 57 water is cycling file in test 45 no cooling issues found. "Customer complained of small leak from front left side front of unit. Upon arrival customer stated they just moved in, but didnt have closing papers handy used date in service matters. Took off front panel and ran unit. Found unit was leaning forward and to the left where it was leaking. Evened the legs to make unit level and unit didnt leak while running. Informed customer unit wasnt level and caused leak. Verified proper operation."

Customer complained of no cool. Unit was in defrost mode and moved timer to run. Unit started and could tell freezer was cooling but not well and no airflow to ref side. Took off panel to Access evap and found ice built up over evap fan in ref section. Needs evap fan and told customer he will need to unplug unit to defrost built up ice to defrost for return call. Collected labor and part fee for complete payment. Scheduled return call for 9-29-23 pm ; ordrng 1 WR60X10300 (Evap fan)

Came to install compressor ordere by previous tech. Upon arrival found a compressor had already been installed. Foudn unit was void of refrigerant. Loaded Freon in system and unit started frost pattern but then when inspected further found small gash in evap with pinhole. Needs evap. Keeping compressor for return call because compressor damaged from leak and last tech saying it was kicking out internally.. "Customer complained unit wont work on normal but will in whites. Started normal cycle and unit started. Turned off unit. Ran error code test and found shifter error. Read and ran service mode all functions working in test mode, ran between agitate and spin multiple times in service mode and shifter working properly. Looked under unit and everything is in correct and working condition. Checked agitator and no issues with agitator splines and agitator is on correctly. Tuned off unit and started normal wash. Unit started filling and wahsing. Customer said normal wash just wouldnt start and she heard the grinding noise another time like when her cam had failed previously. Double checked cam and cam is in tight with no signs of damage. Called techline and informed customer of no issues found, techline documented findings. Said that unit should work on normal if whites is working fine. Informed customer unit is working as designed. Sr#7737392546. Showed customer unit working on normal wash one more time before leaving. Unit is arching due to a faulty magnetron. Units turn table activates due to a shorted door switch. Unit is a counter top unit and is not serviceable. Contacted whirlpool Sr#7737378619

Upon arrival switch was off at wall. Turned on switch and unit ran normally.

"Tested and attempted to run cycle, control would not respond. Unplugged washer for 5 minutes, plugged back in. Control worked for a drain and spin and quick wash cycle. Cancelled cycle, next attempt to run a cycle lid lock would not work. Ordering control and lid lock. Found ife error popping up every couple of weeks. Reset will remove error for a few weeks before it returns. Customer will need control board. Provided estimate to customer for repair. Customer does not wish to repair.

Unit is filling the ice bin with water due to the motor pulling away from the assembly allowing the mold to fall. Reconnected motor unit is fully operational.
