"Customer is getting a small leak from the left front side. Tested and found dripping from the bleach hose connection to the tub. Hose has been glued onto the tub at both the dispenser and tub side. Was able to tighten clamp a little and leak lessened. Quoted for hose, dispenser and labor with understanding it all depended on if the hose comes off cleanly with being glued on. Did not attempt to remove at this time because it is working and cs is ok with amount of dripping it is doing now. Removing would likely not seal back on or damage hose.Collected for service call"

Complaint washing machine is very loud during operation louder than previous washing machine that was there. I found noise is normal for the washing machine. The washing machine is a belt drive washing machine with no insulating material to help silence. Noise of gearcase shifting into gear popping shifting out of gear out of balance load issues are due to improper loading of washing machine as well. No issues found with washing machine at this time

Complaint gas is leaking out of valve assemblies two of them for sure. All of them are extremely loose and wiggle back-and-forth. Found all the screws are completely corroded and seized in place on orifice holders. All of them will have to be broken or cut out and all the orifice holders will have to be replacedbefore we can remove lid to replace valves several parts are also notated as no longer available such as the manifold pipe assembly and the turbo burner itself.safety file number 7738636097 file number per safety team put safety as model and serial number for autho to work if claim autho is rejected

Explained that is drain pump that runs first, likely had something in pump that it may have broken up and cleared out.Pulled out drain hose from pump and vacuumed out, small chunk of plastic retrieved. Ran unit on normal cycle went through fill and into wash fine, cancelled and drained fine."
