Pushed 130 nitrogen into unit and heard leak around front. "Complaint washing machine keeps leaking has ruined floor keeps filling agitating draining then trying to spin then repeating. I found f0e5 and f2e1 I found ui is cracked does not seem to be causing any issues as of right now with the machine. I found leak is due to a backed up or backing up drain in the house. No leaking occurring with washing machine at this time. I filled tub, completely full during a clean, wash cycle to inspect tub for leaks, no leaks with tub no leaking occurring from washing machine. Advised customer on proper loading of the washing machine. Improper loading of the washing machine notated upon arrival to small of a load or two large of a load can cause an out of balance load also by having towels mixed with normal clothes those towels will absorb more water, normal clothes causing an outer balance load to occur, leading to washing machine, feeling agitating, draining, spinning and repeating that cycle. Customer to fix drainage issues and house to prevent further damage to property not a washing machine leak."
