"Complaints, intermittently when using microwave and oven at the same time and preheating the oven. It will trip. The breaker has been occurring for almost the entire time. Customer has owned the unit. 20 ohm bake 16.9 ohm broil 14.5 convection no short to ground on any 13.5 amp draw when microwave is energized 16.2 amp draw when oven is preheating voltage is 248.9 across red and black 124.7across red white 123.7 across black white. Microwave is taking 30 seconds to heat 8 oz to to 197.8 degrees microwave bake element is not being energized during heating unit per whirlpool tech line should be on a 40 amp breaker. Page 4 of installation instructions. Breaker is insufficient. 7737413738 file number. I found no safety concerns no issues with the oven at this time. Nothing is grounding out. No electrical issues found."

Upon arrival customer said unit isnt making noise like before but isnt spinning clothes out. Found f7e6 error. Open motor circuit. Ran service mode and all agitate and spin cycles working properly. Checked under unit and found all wires and harnesss in place and have continuity thing from board. Ran drive system test. Shifter had correct voltage to it and optical sensor and had continuity to board. Cap had steady resistance rise after discharge and was making motor working properly in service mode. Motor windings were good 5.5 and 5.7. Nothing between tubs causing issue. All other functions working properly in service mode also. Can not find any issue other than error code in memory. Called techline techline said after checks the only thing left is the harness and capacitor. If capacitor is working it should be harness it could be a balance issue but error code should not have returned. Ordering harness and capacitor. Sr# 7737412107 scheduled return call for 10-2-23 am ; ordrng 1 W11568983 (Harness) and 1 W11395618 (Capcitor)

Unit had new surface elements that have the switch I the middle informed customer of button isnt pressed all the way down it wont work. I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The issue may be coming from using a lot of crushed ice with a full bucket of ice. The force of the ice against the plastic bucket as the metal auger spins may be causing the cracks in the ice buckets. I recommended for the cx I remove a full cup of cubes ice daily to minimize the amount of pressure and weight require to make crushed ice.

Cx complaint that the units door is separating and the handle is loose. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the side trim of the oven cracked and broke off causing the door to come loose when its pulled open. The handle screw is stripped.
