"F5e2, f0e2 in history, locknfailure and over sides. cleared. Cs had video of unit making noise during a spin cycle. Ran drain and spin cycle and unit worked fine. Went into full speed spin with no unusual noises. Was an empty load. This a stator motor drive so no belt. Basket secure with no wobble, no sound of bad bearing. Lock worked fine throughout tests and there was a bit of suds in unit which cleared out with multiple tests cycles without soap.Cs said it happened in a couple of cycles and unit was shaking pretty good at one time, likely load balance.Tested again with some towels, heavy, harder to balance two towel load. Took som Erins to find itself a balance it was happy with, but spun out fine and all noises normal. Noises cs is heating looks to be load dependent, could be overloaded/unbalanced but everything will n testing was normal."
