"Customer complained unit is leaning on the left side causing door to not align or shut properly. Went to try to take out out entire frame of unit and found when taking out left side screws another set of screws were in the holes with broken off heads. Cant get unit out of built in frame in cabinet. Informed customer they will need to contact builder to get broken screws removed somehow and either have unit pulled out or able to be pulled out properly sp that I can inspect under and behind frame to see why left side of unit is sagging when drawer is installed. Can move left inner side wall by hand , racks are ok. Issue is with frame."

Checked inc,omg voltage all voltage good. Motor was good , belt secured correctly, belt pulley good and drum rollers good. Heater was cycling on and off at proper temps. Unit finally slowed down found harness to motor had and pin in the harness to motor that was slightly loose causing motor to loose power intermittently for an instant. Was able to push pin in harness with pin tool to make good connection. Pulled on wire to make sure it was connected properly l,verified proper operation and watched unit run with heavy load for 10 min."

Complaint water filter light will not go off no matter what were replaced filter from manufacturer directly light still displaying comes right back on within about a week. I reset computer on refrigerator. Reset filter light checked water quality inside of refrigerator. Water filters. Flow rate of filters is fine as of right now not as strong as when filter is removed but still has decent flow rate. I inspected filter housing filter housing is working properly. "Complaint not cooling in fresh food zone at all freezer zone keeps defrosting is not cooling properly ice bin keeps falling out and refreezing has caused damage to the ice bin due to cooling issue and light in the freezer zone has stopped working around this exact same time as cooling issue occurred. "Cx complaint that the unit is not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f7e4 f6e3 f2e1. I checked the slider and found the slider magnet came out of place. I replaced the slider with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is had trouble starting a normal cycle, it took 2 attempts to fill with water. I ran a manual water valve test, both cold and hot worked fine. Cx complaint that the units oven is not working. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the f1e0 error code flashing on the control screen. I pulled the unit out and found a connector to the control board was loose. I secured the connector and preheated the unit to 350 degrees twice. The unit worked fine both times.
