Oven temperature seems to climb when set at 200? well past 200?. All the way to 350?. I could not duplicate complaint I precept both upper and lower ovens at 200. showed customer how to set temperatures to 200? oven is programmed that when you hit bake it automatically goes to 350? as a preset temperature. I suspect customer may have just hit bake and then start when they were trying to program unit to go to 200?. No error codes and diagnostics fault history no issues found with ovens both upper and lower ovens did not need to be calibrated calibration temperature. I tested both upper and lower temperatures average temperature at 200? is 201.5 for the upper oven 199.1? for the lower oven. After taking temperature readings for both upper and lower oven.

Complaint gas is leaking out of valve assemblies two of them for sure. All of them are extremely loose and wiggle back-and-forth. Found all the screws are completely corroded and seized in place on orifice holders.
