"Cx complaint that the units door is not opening. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door locked when I arrived with clothes in the unit. The unit turns on but 5he load does not start, it flashes the lock symbol. I managed to open the door from the inner panel. The lid lock secured the door closed every time the door is shut. I start a cycle, the lid lock engaged and started a cycle fine. However when I paused the cycle the lid lock never disengaged. The unit needs a new lid lock and lid lock housing to resolve the issue. Cx complaint that the unit is still leaking water on to the floor from the air vent motor area when the door opens. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: fAe2. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The air vent motor door did open and close during the service cycle. The detergent door has trouble closing as well.
