"Found the unit level and in wash cycle when I arrived. Customer complaint is the unit gets off balance. When I was here previously I found the top not fastened down to frame properly and able to lift it up and down I reattached the top to frame and leveled machine. The suspension rods are good, I explained to the customer about out of balance issue that may be experienced with this machine. To correct it by redistributing the weight, customer doesnt like the unit and wants it changed out. Customer feels the unit has been dropped I cannot see any other damages to suggest that. Complaint I spin cannot be removed is a solid block of ice. I found ice bin was just frosted together from never being dumped. I spin that ice drops down into weighs approximately 15 pounds. Customer is elderly and cannot lift up a bin to dump. ice I showed customer how to flip bail arm to stop ice production Herself. Advise customer to dump ice at least every two weeks. By doing so it will stop and prevent ice from clumping together. No cooling issues found no additional issues found did notice customers drain disposer was leaking rapidly advising customer not to use that sink until a plumber can come out to respawn replace disposer.

Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found all burners and the oven work fine. I used my gas detector to search for any leaks. I found none after multiple tests. I would turn on the burners with the burner head removed to intentionally release gas so the detector would alarm. I then turned off the gas to see if gas was still detected. No leaks were detected from any burners or stove once the specific valve was turned off. I called techline to document the issue. "I found freezer is not getting cold at all. I found three-way valve is not clicking anymore as well. In test for a found pantry harness is broken. All the wires I found pantry harness is unplugged as well. I found evaporator in fresh food section drain is completely clogged. I found corrosion potentially coming off of fresh food evaporator. I found customer stated icemaker leaked prior to repair from previous company for a customer unit has a sealed system issue that is occurring as of right now sealed system. Parts are covered but additional parts are not unit may need pantry control, not quoted for control, as customer said he is going to decline that specific repair. Will have to pressurize system to verify no pinhole leaks advised customer that once repair is completed is as is no refunds there is a 50-50 chance. There may be pin holes in line set or Tube issues."
