"Complaints refrigerator, making loud grinding noise can unplug refrigerator. Noise will stop noise usually occurs after icemaker has been on for a day or two or three can turn off icemaker unplug refrigerator for about 3 to 5 minutes. Noise will go away for a day or three I found Phil tube is overspray leaking down wall filling air baffle with water that is then freezing into ice causing it to hit fan blades leading to noise. "F7e4 f0e3 complaint washing machine leaking, not operating. I found upon arrival user interface was completely unresponsive. Control has 123.4 V AC getting to it. I found evidence of water on floor via hard water deposit and evidence water leaking as it is still wet inside the legs and on back wall of washing machine. I inspected water inlet valve assembly. I inspected tub by filling tub all the way full of water high-performing a clean wash cycle. I suspect control may have went haywire with water in it trying to spin clothing, causing water level to rise and come out the top of the tub, I inspected drain hose on inspected pump inspected tub inspected hoses. Cannot find any evidence of issues with tub or hoses to other than control. Going haywire with water still in the tub. im ordering main control as that is the only thing that makes sense. I was able to duplicate the issue and a quick wash cycle tub did not fully drain inner basket started spinning in spin cycle. Causing the water to come up over tub ring causing leak to occur. ; ordrng 1 W11627517 (Control)"

Complaint no ice not cooling in freezer zone lights flickering. I found complaint true. I found freezer door is staying open not closing properly causing a new condition causing freezer evaporator to frost all the way over. Unit will need new door hinges and new door gasket to fix that is the reason why it is not making ice is it is not cooling properly. Food properly with fresh food lights are all working properly as of right now no issues found with lighting.. customer declined repair today is going to look at buying new refrigerator.
