Cx complaint that the fan is still making noise when running. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the screw for the flap housing was too long making contact with the fan blade. I swapped the screw and adjusted the fan housing. The unit is working as designed.

I ran test 41 for the damper, it opened and closed fine. I ran test 89 for the defrost heater and waited 15min, no defrost occurred. The unit needs a new defrost heater and thermistors. Im ordering a compressor as well just in case there is a SS issues once taken apart.
