12001655.. unit needs new temp sensor. Pre heats really hot. Then the temps drop and are 20 to do degrees off of set temps.

Replaced all parts and washer running normal. Water level reach normal height in the tub. Showed customer the water level and mentioned to keep an eye out on the unit for the next 3 to 4 loads.
