Evaporator has a full frost pattern going all the way up evaporator core still unit has made a full bucket of ice since last visit told customer unit will cool fresh food zone to desire temperature then shut off compressor no matter what temperature is in freezer as there is only one thermometer and thats for the fresh food zone section. I vent in fresh food section as it is a manual to slow down the airflow coming from freezer zone so that the fresh food zone is slower to get down to temperature All food was frozen upon arrival and ice was frozen in the bin not liquidy. No further issues found with refrigerator at this time after replacing parts. Unit is producing a much greater airflow. I have open resistance , I checked yellow and orange wiring where it plugs into liner going back to control I have open resistance should have backfeed resistance from main control per Whirlpool Techline unit is no longer repairable as there is a break in the main wiring harness in the liner 7739505711 file number. Techline states it will take 3 to 5 days for order to process before they will reach out to customer maybe longer maybe shorter."

I tightened power cord lug reset breaker found breaker immediately tripped one time and then was able to reset breaker the second time without it tripping again I suspect is weak no further issues found with dryer dryer is heating just fine. Forced unit into a defrost and no heater coming on, found brown heater wire had come disconnected from connection causing no power to heater. Reconnected wire and secured checked heater and unit is now defrosting and working to specs, melted all ice and unit is now frosting evaporator and working normally"

"Checked over unit due to same issue machine keep running never competes a cycle, checked for errors and found F7e7 motor unable to reach targeted rpms, replaced control, cam and actuator recalibrated unit and ran machine thew a wash cycle with clothes, wile running found unit seemed to be straining it self checked voltage at control and 115 v was present let unit continue and found when unit would drain in the spin the voltage would get down to 100v from the pump connected to the sink of house. Connected washer to a different plug and unit is now getting 120v and when spinning only dripping to 117v witch is normal, advised customer to run unit and it should be good now if any issue after fixing voltage they will need a second opinion"
