"Customer complaint is the oven is not getting stuff done i pre heated oven to 350 degrees and when it beeped I was at 290 degrees I was able to calibrate the oven +20 and when I pre heated oven to 375 and it beeped temp inside oven showed range of 375 to 390. I showed customer how to calibrate the oven if needed. At this time oven is repaired. The other complaint is the LF burner will only boil water in standard pot with lid on it. The customer said it takes about 30 minutes to do so. If no lid is on it still doesnt boil after a hour. After speaking with tech support we agree nothing wrong with burner or switch the pot is larger than the burner and deep and if customer is putting a lot of water in pot and its bigger than the burner its sitting on is gonna cause longer boiling times. I advised customer to always use lid, if you reduce pot size the water will heat quicker. I think timing on how long it takes is A little off. "Complaint freezer door is sticking out more at the top than it is at the bottom. Bottom doors are flush at the bottom together. I found customer had a door shipped directly to them from unknown source originally wanted me to install door, but changed mind as it will more than likely not fix their cosmetics issue that they are having, also they would be required to wait 24 hours before they could open freezer door to allow gasket to re-Neil of new freezer door. Also by installing new freezer door, it could make issue worse or cause other issues to occur. No issues. Found other than cosmetics issues today. No cooling issues either unit has been making ice just fine no frosting. I did find water pressure was extremely slow due to a pinched waterline behind fridge adjusted waterline and fridge. No additional issues found."

"Ice bin will not come out, cs believes there is a large chunk of ice in bin, nothing visible on arrival, but bin will not budge, sent a fill steamer full of steam up bin chute.Was able to remove ice bin, ice had formed under bin and jammed it in. Source was a frozen fill cup on icemaker, cleared fill cup and fill tube. Cleared all ice build up and icemaker not advancing when jumped, could be too warm and allowed to run several minutes and same. Replaced icemaker, advanced and filled and no leaks found.In issue reoccurs preorder valve assembly; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10882923 ICE MAKER"

"Unit under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.No errors in history. Went through self test gave f7e3, basket engaged during wash. Turning agitator basket turning with it, went below and shaft not turning when , then broke free and turning, agitator moving separately from basket. Was seized.
