"Tested unit and found microwave would not heat up anything customer would have to run unit for a wile just to warm up anything, checked magnetron and found unit not heating pulled unit and replaced magnetron, ran unit and microwave now heating up but when running unit would dim checked voltage and found power going below 90 v advised customer bf using unit they will have to get power checked by a professional electrician this is why unit stopped heating."

"Cx complaint that the unit is still making a cranking noise while the unit agitates. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f0e7. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no noise present. The cx has a video of the noise. The sound is coming from the rotor and clutch. I left the part with the cx. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice again. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I ran multiple tests related to the IM: 57 passed, 56 E5, 45 did not fill, 36 passed, 15 passed. The IM has another E5 error and is not filling. The unit needs another new IM and fill tube heater to resolve the issue. Found serial number is different than the one on the ticket because the customer had the unit replaced by Home Depot. Customer will need to call Whirlpool again and fix the issue with the model number because the old unit falls of the 1yr warranty.
