"I replaced all previously ordered parts. I tested operations no additional issues found at this time with washing machine. I performed a control board calibration cycle per technical manual, and validated that there are no leaks occurring from washing machine. I did however, find that the drain pipe when the washing machine drains water out customers house is leaking in the wall tire, lower portion of laundry room has black mold growing, on all the drywall about a foot and a half up. no further issues found with washing machine at this time floor is extremely slick as a whole gallon of detergent was accidentally spilled on floor. By a cat per customer."

"Cx complaint that the units burner does not have a full flame. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the burners light fine, however the RR burner has intermittent flame height on high and take longer to boil compared to the LR burner with the same amount of water. The unit needs a new rear burner heads to resolve the issue. The cx has had multiple issues thus far owning the unit. The RF knob has melt from the heat at close proximity. "Complaint dryer making a burning smell while running smell is electrical in nature going all the way across house had to open up windows. I found resistance values are as follow. Heater 9.7 and oL to frame blower fan fuse .2 ohms. Motor 1.9 1.9 .3 and oL to case no wiring issues found the dryer issues found no roller issues found no blower motor issues found no timer issues found everything is working fine.
