Tested unit upon arrival per customer everything in refrigerator compartment is over freezing remove all thermistor to check resistance reading against cold water temperature at 32 degrees and found freezer cabinet thermistor wire connectors broken and Hanging on by a thread which would cause the over freezing and freezer not reading temperature properly which will cause unit to ran longer then normal and over producing cold air and cause freezing temperatures. remove and install new thermistor and user interface now show correct temperature. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. A clicking noise when agitating, the sound when changing direction. From video sound is not abnormal in my experience. No errors in history. Ran diagnostic cycle and completed fine. Inspected lower unit and slider operating fine, no grinding and stator is secure. Basket is tight as well with very little play, suspension is good. Everything physically checks fine and electronically performs all tasks.At this time no problem is found with unit. Advised cs that in our experience the noises can change as things break in, but everything seen / heard is within normal operation sounds for this unit.Cs disagrees and I explained it as noise as unit breaks in. Was informed previously that it wasnt normal and gear case was replaced, having same thing again. Offered to call techline and document with whirlpool, cs said they would talk with who they purchased from."

Called and let landlord know, no answer so left message. Attempted to clear line, 2 full steamer full of steam and still clogged over half warming interior of door and rest trying to blast through fill line. One last steamer full and line cleared. If happens in future can try warming interior with hot wash cloth, hair dryer or turning unit off, but is operational again at this time.No answer with landlord, added 70 labor payment to credit card on file"

Cx complaint that the unit is not draining the clothes fully during cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes. I ran a service cycle and heard the Wash plate shaking a lot. I found the Wash plate was very loose. I removed the wash plate and found the Wash plate worn where it meets the spline.
