I could not duplicate complaint, but I did replace motor and heating element. No wiring issues visibly seen at this time. Voltages are correct 242.3 V across red and black 124 V across black and white 123.2 across red and white. Three prong cord. I can wiggle power cord and no change in voltage. "Microwave user interface has scratches and has a little bit of extra play. Making noise whenever you push in at the bottom of the microwave. User interface panel. Microwave is held in with plastic clips cannot adjust plastic clips excess play and user interface is normal. Nothing I can fix replace or adjust issue is a cosmetics issue only. cosmetics issues and glass Platters are not covered under warranty after 30 days. Functional failures are anything that affect the direct functionality of the appliance. Those issues are covered in microwaves case any issue that would cause it not to get hot, except for lightbulbs lightbulbs are not covered either."

Complaint dishwasher is leaking. I found two issues Causing Dishwasher to leak one dishwasher works extremely front facing allowing water to leak number to customer was using Dawn dish detergent. Creating an Uber Sudsing condition. Also causing dishwasher to leak. I fixed leveling issues inspected tub cleared oversuds error code from fault history tested unit and diagnostic cycle. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit was off, I plugged in the and it began cooling. A consistent frost pattern formed, I noticed the defrost heater connector was loose and had some thermal damage. I secured the connector and made sure everything else passed a visible check. The unit needs a new evap harness, Im ordering a new dispenser control just in case it contributed to the defrost issue.; ordrng 1 W11130216 (UI assembly) and 1 W11449066 (Evap harness)"

Cx complaint that the unit was not making ice nor cooling momentarily. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The call back was within 30 days so the service call is covered. The was cooling fine when I arrived. The ice bin is full of ice and both sections are at good temps. I ran a few tests in diagnostics: 3 & 4 for the evap fans and compressor. All tests passed with no issues. The cx was out of town for awhile and noticed ice cream and ice melted upon her return. The cx may have experienced a power outage. Currently the unit is working as designed.
