"Complaint while in the middle of the wash cycle washing machine started going crazy flipped on its side, dumped water all over the place and close everywhere after that noticed a hole in the tub and the middle spins freely. "I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The MW does not in regular MW mode. It works fine in easy convect, all other MW functions do not work. I called Techline to document the issue. The MW door is still having the same issue, now it is consistently not connecting on the right side. The right side of the door has to be pushed in to acknowledge a closed door. I checked the harness to make sure the wires were in the correct spot. The door is not crooked or bowed neither is the MW door frame. Im ordering a MW control board and another interlock harness. "Complaint dryer is not getting hot. Not drying clothes shutting itself off within five minutes on any cycle other than quick dry and timed dry. Always running a half a load in the dryer. I found incoming voltage across red and black wiring upon arrival is 80.2 V, I found red to white voltage is 0.2 V I found black to white wiring is 122.8 V AC I found black to ground is the same. I turned breaker off at panel breaker back on at panel unit now getting correct voltage to dryer across red and black. 245.9 V AC. I found moisture sensor and diagnostics history. "Complaint on quick wash the washing machine starts with a 15 minute cycle and when it hits 10 minutes the computer dies Says cycle complete clothing will be saturated and water still in the bottom of the washing machine. I found F0E5 out of balance load detected. I performed an empty wash cycle and confirmed control board indeed dies right at 10 minutes left on the control and water is still remaining in the bottom of the washer tub. I found suspension rods have a lot of excessive bounce to them as well. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint is that the unit hasnt dried well since new. Heats, tumbles, but stops with clothes still wet. Vent is short and clear and unit has good air flow.Tested in timed dry and unit cycling fine, heating tumbling properly. A different company had been out and thought it was losing temp during cycle, was quoted a control board. Tested outlet temperature over 20 minutes, cycles temps are consistent.Not error codes on unit, ran sensor mode with we wet towel on sensor, sensor properly and decreased time steadily for 10 minutes. when towel removed decreased rapidly.Explained operation to customer. No failure found at this time. Will test using timed dry and call if still having issues."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Cs complaint of gas smell when using oven., not smelled when off or when using burners. With unit off tested with gas leak detector at oven oriface and all top burners. no gas detected. Started bake cycle several times and lit fine. Tested after turned off and no gas detected. Explained how ovens do not burn all gas when lighting , so when cycling it is normal to smell some gas. Also gas burning has a distinct and separate smell that is sometimes confused with gas, though is quite different. Gas will have a rotten eggs odor.So some gas smell when operating is normal, but unit tested fine, lighting properly and turning off properly with no leaks detected."
