"Cx complaint that the unit was not spinning. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has good airflow. I put 2 blankets in the dryer and ran it for 10 minutes. The unit ran fine with no issues. However when I opened the unit and held the door switch down, the unit ran but when I applied pressure to the drum it stopped and did not continue to spin when I released my hand. The motor pulley is worn not allowing the belt to fully catch. Leveled unit to bring door up added silicone around cabinet to fill in a big gap heated door gasket to creat a good seal and for it to stay in place.
