"Tested oven and found customer had ran a self Clean on lower oven and the door locked and never opened again, checked issue and found door locking and not unlocking but control saying it is unlocked, ran a diagnostics cycle and found no errors cycled on self clean cycle and unit would come on and lock the door then unlock and state the door is not locked but it is. Checked power from control to lock and found 120v going to lock but control not supplying power to unlock door latch unit is going to need new control to fix issue, advised customer control is no longer available also door lock is no longer available I jammed the door latch in the open position so customer can use oven just cant use a self clean for now they will have to replace oven"

The function work fine but the unit emits a burning smell from the oven when heating. The area is not not a serviceable part. I called Techline to document the issues. Techline concluded that its a cosmetic issues coming from using a baking sheet or aluminum foil on the bottom while cooking. "Checked over unit and found washer just going to done when starting it would never sense or fill to start a wash cycle, checked errors and found lid lock fault, cntrl fault and actuator fault, recalibrated unit and same issue unit would not start would go right to done. "Customer complaint is that washer does not agitate. Ran diagnostics and found error code F7e6 motor fault. Ran agitate cycle in diagnostics and basket turns with wash plate. Ran spin and washer got to high speed but hub is worn causing basket to wobble. Inspected underneath and found gear case leaked oil, belt stretched. Ordered gear case, belt, wash plate, hub, cam, and actuator. "Cx complaint that the units door is not opening. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the door locked when I arrived with clothes in the unit. The unit turns on but 5he load does not start, it flashes the lock symbol. I managed to open the door from the inner panel. The lid lock secured the door closed every time the door is shut. I start a cycle, the lid lock engaged and started a cycle fine. However when I paused the cycle the lid lock never disengaged. The unit needs a new lid lock and lid lock housing to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11565030 (Lid latch)"
