"Unit is popping breaker about 5 minutes into cycle. Getting 240v ac at terminal. Tested on timed dry, running fine, heating and tumbling. Air flow is good though filter is caked. Customer was using on timed dry, went through all time settings and breaker did not pop, timer seems fine. I would suspect a possible weak breaker, not shorts on dryer. Did suggest scrubbing filter clean. Explained service call is good for 30 days, if breaker replaced and has same issue can look at dryer again with n that time."

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in the FC. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the compressor and fans are working fine. The RC is cooling fine. The pantry drawer UI is in good condition. The condenser is not covered in excessive lint. I ran tests 6 for the defrost heater. The heater came on and the ice began indicated by sizzling when the water hit the defrost element. The unit is not going into defrost and the controls needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. I called Techline to document the issue. They concluded that the main power and UI controls need to be replaced to resolve the issue. "Customer complained unit had error code f8e4, and another company come out, they said it was from heater and replaced it. Found drip tray full of soapy water. Ran service mode and found f8 e4, ran quick wash and watched for leaks. Unit went through quick wash cycle with no leaks. Found suds in unit when no detergent was added. Informed customer to cycle with affresh dishwasher cleaner. And to make sure to not add to much detergent. Informed to only fill with 2 tblnspoons of detergent. Or use pods that are for dishwashers."

"Customer complained of slight noise , let me hear video. Checked behind unit and head it coming from freezer section inside. Took out evap cover and found noise coming from metal expanding and when heater comes on noise is present. Found heater not in proper position on one side and was leaning on evap. Was able to make sure heater was in correct position . Informed customer of nosie keeps happening its just from metal expanding when heater cuts on. And water will drip into drip pan. Verified proper operation."

Verified both hot/cold valves operating. Filled until unit cancelled itself and drained. Found pressure hose had come free, reset and unplugged/plugged unit in a continuous drain, let run. Complaint that the unit is emitting a foul smell from the inside. Found a small smell in the fresh food section but a very strong odor on the condenser side mostly on the drip pan location.
