"Unit has been popping breaker when multiple burners and stove on or even when single burner is on for an extended time.Cs had replaced plug and house 240 outlet and had seen plug melted at outlet. Verified voltage and install looos good, verified voltage again at terminal and all good.Ran oven bake set to 350, popped breaker <5 minutes in, temp on display was around 120.Opened control and no burn/ scorching or signs of damage to control or switches, wiring all looks good.Verified with cs that it would pop breaker using stove alone or using a single burner alone. 50 amp breaker and not hearing any crackling or visible wear.With bake use or burner use causing breaker to pop and only after several minutes of use with no damage found, it is possible that failure is a weak breaker.Advised cs that service call is good for 30 days."

"Cx complaint that the unit is still making noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes, the cx has multiple videos of the issues with clothes. I called WP to document the issues. Multiple gear cases have been replaced already. I ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues. There were noises but they were within the range of normal operation. Functionally the unit is working as designed."
