"Tested unit and found machine would make noise wile in a spin cycle customer had a video of noise, found noise coming from drain hose hitting moved hose and found noise also coming from pressure hose banging on back of unit, secured pressure hose and ran unit threw several cycles with clothes and without checked unit and machine spun true And as it should. Also found suspension rods making noise added grease to stop noise, Customer started to say they dont want the unit and there is something wrong with it it keep jumping, ram unit again and unit spun out like it should. Advised customer they can call customer service and go from there on getting a replacement they would have to talk to them I cannot replace the washer when its working like it should advised they could also get a second opinion on the way the washer works"

Spoke with tech line. Unit is operating as designed. Customer is not satisfied with performance. Customer will need to contact whirlpool for further resolution.
