Found evap fan motor making noise, removed cover and found full frost pattern, ice had leaked from above and evap fan was hitting. Cleared and running smoothly. Removed icemaker, emptied and ran harvest cycle, completed fine and filled with no leaking. Found reservoir tube frozen, cl area and dispensing water fine. Turned rf temp down one notch, but impeded evap fan could have caused issue. Cs to monitor"

Ran test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Again checked freezer temperature, running at 4 degrees with freezer set at -3. Customer stated they had a power outage last night. Possibly this could have reset any error codes for ice maker. Customer says another service company replaced compressor approximately a month ago. Pulled refrigerator out, removed back. Found that compressor has been replaced but filter/dryer was not replaced. Checked low side pressure, found it at -10, pressure not correct. Suspect possible partial restriction or contamination due to filter not being replaced. Ordering compressor kit. Checked part availability. Customer traveling next week. Complaint unit keeps flashing an error code and chiming. Sometimes itll work for one cycle. Sometimes it wont work at all. I found error codes FAE5 diverter leak F7 e one wash motor error. F8E1 also found digits on display board multiples are displaying when they shouldnt be display board failure and diagnostics found multiple buttons kept pressing themselves as well. Customer also stated unit will throw low water error code randomly. I suspect leak is caused by a siding issue or a lower door seal issue. Customer admitted to going through and washing dishes with dish detergent Before loading them in the dishwasher.
