Starting diagnosis over.F8e4, f9e2, errors in history overflow switch and electrical issue on drain pump.Ran diagnostic cycle and completed fine. No leaking and drain pump functioned fine. Overflow basin is dry, sensor had a little dampness to it so was wet and would have caused beeping error cs had received.Ordering control and drain pump. Explained to cs the f8e4 error and how dish placement/ too much soap, can cause water to leak into basin.Was a significant amount of suds in unit, started and cancelled several cycles to remove build up of soap through filling and draining.; ordrng 1 W11629914 (Control) and 1 W11462456 (Drain pump)"

Complaint water still in the bottom of the dishwasher. I found customer had opened door in the middle of the cycle start button flashing upon arrival water still in the bottom of the dishwasher. I pressed the start button and discovered dishwasher started agitating normally. I canceled cycle and it drained normally. I performed a diagnostics cycle no error codes in history. Customer stated they are used to their old dishwasher that would start back whenever you closed the door and did not realize they had to press the start button again after opening the door. Found f7e1 incoming water to cold disabling heater I cleared code no further issues found or abnormal noises heard.

I call d techline again with my finding. They had me test the FC temp sensor, it reading 10.25k ohms while it was cooling with the door open. The temp sensor is fine. I mentioned the unit is on the carpet, techline said that would not affect the cooling enough to have this issue.
